The website still shows my credit scores from 2016. Since I am currently paying for this service, my credit scores should be updated frequently.

We just subscribed to Identity Force and I had a problem registering so I called Member Services. I spoke with Meredith, who I must say was the best support person I have EVER spoken to in my life! She was easy to understand, gave clear precise instructions and had a very pleasant helpful attitude while doing so. She was able to assist me in correcting the problem and stayed on the phone with me until I was able to get onto my Dashboard. Kudos to Identity Force for hiring Meredith. She is a great representative for your company.

I have just had an outstanding experience in receiving the guidance and help that I needed to join your service. The person who helped me could not have been more helpful, caring or considerate...I'm 80 years old and have joined many things in my life, but never have I encountered someone who was more knowable and considerate that this woman. As I told her, and will tell anybody who reads...she is my new BBF. Thank you Jerry J. Britt.

I tried to renew my freeze on credit file. However, the alert email I received has instructions that I can't do at all. I can perform the duty easily on the old dashboard. Now I can't put the freeze on credit file. very frustration!!!

I pointed out that you had issues with the link to your downloadable software for PC's. I then let you know that I was able to get a copy from another computer and it ran correctly. I then received a message, not thanking me for helping you troubleshoot your new system, but asking how I was able to install another copy since I only get one for each subscription. My wife and I pay $400 per year for your service, and I was installing the second license. For that kind of money your service should work, and you should treat your customers better and not send insulting comments. I will have to evaluate whether to keep your service or not, especially how you treat your customers.

Today, I received a mail from a Bank with a Credit Card in it. Problem: mail was partially open, and on the envelope, you could see my name "stamped" buy pressure with my name on the stamp, like if it was carbon paper. But, Inside I found a random pre-approval no name card. So far, everything point to the scenario of someone opened a account using my name and stole the card from the envelope to replace it by a random one. After, explained that to on the phone to IdentityForce member support, the suport member answer was sort of "oh, we don't cover that"quite rudely. No advice, nothing. As much I know, to open a bank account, you must prove your ID... Is that not in their range? Or at least telling me what action I should/could take. Then, so far, bad experience: I'm pretty disapointed.

I have been helped several times by one of Identity Force's member services employees named Alicia. She has been extremely patient and helpful as I have learned to navigate the website. I do find that the website is easier to use on some computers than others, so if you're having trouble, it might be worth seeing if you can call up what you need on a different computer if possible. Identity Force has given me some peace of mind after my computer was hacked several days ago.

This is a terrible new site. The older one was simple everything; was on a single screen. I have been on this twice and cannot figure out where to renew my fraud alert. This new dashboard is not at all intuitive.

On hold for 30 minutes so far. Trying to cancel my account. Not worth $200. No AI, 6 months in I keep getting alerts for the same transactions. Transferring money from checking to the bank CC, is 2 alerts. Should be NO alert. Update 4/16: Reply to identiryforce reply to this post: Yup after the callback came at 5:46AM! I called again and got through in a few minutes. My cancellation, was based on the phone number I called from, with no other significant verification. Very secure company.

Received notification of new inquiry. Went to my dashboard, received authentication code which I used, but when Alerts page listed I was unable to access details. Continued to receive bar notice at the bottom "To access your credit services, you must complete authentication" - which I had already done. The "Alert" box continues to show circling shape for over 5 minutes and nothing. Frustrating experience.

The first login process failed and I have to contact customer service. If this is how we are beginning maybe I need a refund.

I couldn't even select my state from the drop down after several frustrating attempts. It is now not allowing me to select my security question. VERY GLITGHY.

I'm sorry, but your website is obviously new and I have just paid $240 to debug it for you! You should, at least, offer a discount for the first year of service if you want your customers to tolerate the new "features" of your website. My first hint came when I filled out my profile. Near the end of the process you are suppose to acknowledge the "Terms and Conditions" but the link didn't work, so I couldn't review them. Then, even if I had the chance the review the "Terms and Conditions" the check-off box was apparently invisible. Only after working with Shyesha (sp?) and going thru the profile three times did we realize the "bug". BTW - after you give Shyesha (sp?) a raise for her professionalism I suggest you get her a nice, quiet office nearby. When I worked with her it was really hard to understand her because of the lively conversations going on in the background. So far, in the first 24 hours I have received two alerts, of which only one could be read on the website - the other never loads. There are other bugs - to many to mention - especially as a paying client. I had a friend who owned a successful crane company. He use to say that when he arrived at a job site he could tell immediately, based on the condition of jobsite, what an operators financial books looked like. Right now your website is not projecting a good image for IdentityForce. I only hope your website is secure and my personal data is actually protected.
