been using Discount Carpet tiles now for a number of years and when you are scheduling labour to get to site on a certain day, you need a reliable supplier to deliver when they promise, that's why i choose discount carpet tiles, so should you.

We ordered tiles for my kitchen from Discount Carpet Tiles on the internet. What a super Company, the tiles arrived so quickly, we were surprised. We are not ready to put the tiles down yet, but we are sure they will look excellent when we do and hopefully will vacuum up well and give us many years of pleasure. If we need carpet tiles again we will certainly go to Discount Carpet Tiles.

Can't speak highly enough about this company. They are really efficient. I have ordered tiles twice now, each time the delivery was the next day or you can have a day that suits with a 1 hour delivery slot so you are not waiting in all day for them to come. Very pleased with the tiles that I ordered.

The samples I requested arrived promptly which enabled me to see what the product would look like in situ, and to determine if the carpet tiles would be a practical and easy solution to replace the existing fitted carpet for my 86 yr old mother. I telephoned James at Discount Carpet Tiles for some additional information, he was very courteous and helpful and was advised not to hesitate if I had any other queries. Having decided the quality of the product was excellent and would be suitable, I placed the order which to my amazement was delivered within two days. My mother is very happy with the end result. people were very helpful, the carpet tile samples arrived very quick and we then ordered the Nouveau Revive II tiles, great value, great tiles arrived within a couple of days of ordering. They have transformed our customer demo suite.

Ordered two different lots of Heuga tiles but one was out of stock and so had to wait a bit longer for order to be dispatched which I didn't mind. Was kept up to date by phone calls and emails. I can not fault the service I received. Mrs V Betts. Ipswich

I ordered my carpet tiles and they arrived really quickly, we were not quite ready to do the job so had to store them in our spare room, once my husband started to lay the tiles he found the instructions very helpful and was able to complete the job in ease.

So pleased with the carpet tiles I ordered. They are excellent quality. Ordering was a breeze and delivery was super quick with text alerts to advise me when they would arrive. Nice sturdy packaging. Customer service also excellent. Will definitely buy more in the future. Top marks.

Staff very helpful. Arranged for a price match. Very pleased with the product. However, the packaging was inadequate and it was a miracle the carpet tiles arrived with only slight damage on three of them. I spoke to someone in the dispatch department. He was very apologetic and would have replaced the tiles but I decided this would be unnecessary. I would order again but would make it clear that items should be well packaged.

Very efficient ordering and everything. Very efficient delivery - text from DPD giving a time and such. Badly broken boxes, poorly taped up. 34 tiles ordered and about 10 had badly damaged corners so, who dropped the box!!! I needed to get the tiles down the next day, so I had emptied the boxes in to room and as I checked for the damage I worked out that I could loose the damage in the borders so I said nothing. This shouldn't happen. I was suing some new old stock Huega tiles and the boxes were much more rigid in the past. Either you need to wrap them in stronger boxes, use heavy duty tape that doesn't tear so easily and get DPD to treat silly old boxes of tiles with a bit more care. Ultimately I think that the problem is the carriers not taking enough care. SHAME - because everything else was spot on!!

The Heuga carpet tiles that we bought are excellent in every way: Top quality materials. If an accident happens, you can easily remove the tile, and either wash it, or place it in a hidden area! - brilliant. The price varies, so it is worth shopping around to get the best deal. My Mum bought Heuga carpet tiles for an office in the 1970's - admittedly they bought the best Heuga tiles on the market- but they are as good as the day they bought them, today.That beats all guarantees.
