After an on-line search I came up with DCT. The staff were very helpful with a telephone enquiry and the website is easy to navigate. The tiles were delivered within two days and were excellent quality. We were able to fit them very quickly and they fitted so well, they didn't even need any glue. To my surprise I event received a Christmas Hamper from them. I would certainly used DCT next time, highly recommended!

Originally some of the carpet tiles I ordered were out of stock, so they kept in touch to let me know when I was likely to receive the order. They were delivered as promised and by a courier who gave me a delivery slot spanning only an hour rather than the usual anytime between 8am and 5pm scenario.

Initial response following inquiry about product good, however once the money had left my account service has been poor. All contact initiated by me. Promised contact by dispatches regarding delivery date not forthcoming. When I did contact initial possibly delivery date then told there had been a strike which they were not aware of. Then promised another delivery date still no further contact. When we again contact dispatches contact person on leave and no one can tell us what is happening. I have requested my money back. This has not been a good experience.

Great personal sales service, with prompt responses and excellent communications. However both recent orders have been delivered by kerb-side haulage companies, leaving our delivery on the roadside. I had to personally lift 685 kg of carpet tiles from the back of the truck into the premises. This is despite specific instructions when the order was placed that this form of delivery would not be accepted. An improvement in delivery services would be greatly appreciated.

I ordered several samples before I could make up my mind as to which ones I wanted. Staff telephoned me to see if I had received the samples but there was no pressure to make a decision and place an order until I was ready. When I finally placed an order service was quick and delivery prompt.
