Mr. Benson, allows us to be hands on during the class. We ask questions related to our deal and he provides answers that apply to that situation. Also, we walk through our research of actual properties we are working on.

Coming from no Real Estate back ground. I've learned a great deal of knowledge from Eric Lloyd, that had me re-evaluating my goals to make it happen sooner! I enjoy taking Karl Benson’s Wholesaling Classes. The classes are very informative & structured. Makes sure the class understands by the details he gives. The class barely has any questions. Of course they’ll be some when hands on to feel more comfortable. The handouts & spread sheet he created is nice as well!

Time is the most valuable thing that we can give…while I certainly appreciate the content of the Buy and Hold class, it could gave very easily been trimmed down to 1.5 hours rather than 3.25.

The best part of this company is its staff. I have a concierge, Katelin, who goes out of her way to make sure we're set up and ready to go on to the next step. My instructor, Eric Lloyd, is an excellent teacher. He explains well, answers questions, is patient, and has a positive attitude. I have previously used a competitive company for a similar education. Questions were not properly answered. With Tax Liens, everyone is open to making this a positive experience for its clients.

This was valuable and crucial information in a determining factor to properly make an educated and informed decision. Without his assistance and guidance, I would've been stuck and unable to effectively proceed with any type of investment regarding a tax lien or auction property.
