Megan is very knowledgeable in multi unit investing. Her class was very informative. I will definitely be watching the recording to make sure I didn't miss anything! I signed up for the fly out program which taught me how to invest in fix and flips and I felt like alot of the information I learned in that program, translated and allowed me to really make sense of this class. However, I also feel that I learned new things specific to multi unit investing. Love the calculator and hand outs she provided. Very excited to expand my horizons into multi unit properties.

In 2019 before Covid became a thing, we did a thing. My husband and I went to a tax lien seminar to introduce us to tax liens. I had been bugging my husband about looking into them because of my past experience in Real Estate.
