Karl Benson has coached me from the beginning of how to log into property edge pro to how to look up properties. With that knowledge he walked me through finding properties, run the numbers and I finally found an off market 2 bedroom house that will be a rental and I will house hack the studio above garage in back. I used my VA eligibility and have positive cash flow. Karl is still providing helpful advice on where to look for money to rehab.

The examples of real life was great. I would like to be able to do the searches at the same time as the coach so as to get to know the different sites.

I enjoy my coaching classes with Megan Shaw. She is very knowedgeable about the business and very patient. I feel I can get the deal done after speaking with her.

Flexibility over venue and timing (three days over the weekend when it was convenient for my partner and I). It took care of the logistics. There were three prep session online that really help to get ready for the weekend sessions. Training content and volume was appropriate along with training pace. I had a lot of time to learn and get my answers. Last but not the least, Megan is knowledgeable, kind and with a lot of patience to teach such intense course.
