Eric Lloyd, who is the Tax Liens Wealth Builder Client Development instructor and coach, is absolutely awesome. I just attended his July 14th and 15th sessions and I learned a lot of great and valuable information. Eric has the amazing ability to make each session feel fresh and interesting. Eric provides so many awesome business tools and is very encouraging.

Don't make the mistake of only attending the Quick Start training with Eric Lloyd only once. I just finished my second class and learned so much from real examples and group synergy. Regardless of where you are in your journey, you will walk away with tangible steps to put into action. I'm incredibly excited to put my new knowledge to work. Thank you, Eric!

I went to a one-day free workshop, knowing nothing about Tax Liens or Tax Deeds. My interest was piqued, so I paid for the three-day workshop and learned much more. The price tag for the next step up was significant, and at that point, I thought, 'No way! I can go on YouTube and teach myself. There's plenty of free material online.' The truth is, that's very true. Everything is free online. However, I thought to myself that the same reason I haven't followed through with learning other things in my life is probably the same reason I won't follow through at home for the next few months. I also wanted the advantage of learning directly from experts. So, I took the plunge! Needless to say, it wasn't a scam (lol). I received one-on-one coaching from Erin Misiak (the best on this topic, by the way) and group coaching with her. Within two months, I was able to purchase my first land through a tax deed auction. It could be beginner's luck or my attempt to make sure I got my money back from this investment. I sold that same land 55 days later and made a 53% return on my investment! I was ecstatic, and now friends and family are trying to give me money to do the same for them! I was motivated to attend their real estate expo in Vegas, and by now, I am less of a skeptic. The expo was amazing, being surrounded by like-minded people doing the business I want to do. I have now invested in their fly-out program and was matched with Jeremy Isles (the fly-out coach). I couldn't have asked for a better coach. He is a walking bubble of motivation, knowledge, and expertise. I did preliminary one-on-one classes with him to learn about the fix and flip business, and the three-day in-person sessions were exceptional. I learned the full process from A to Z of the fix and flip world. Again, if you can do a better job teaching yourself, then by all means, I wanted to avoid as many mistakes as possible. And what better way than to learn from someone with decades' worth of experience? I have already made several offers on properties. The software you get access to is invaluable. Being able to pull comps, foreclosures, and find cash buyers is very valuable. This experience has been invaluable, and I encourage anyone and everyone to JUST DO IT!!!

Paul is a great teacher and his insight in Wholesaling and Flipping houses is at a Expert level His honest and down to earth approach is Rewarding and helpful I would recommend Paul and his company to anyone interested in this field Thanks

What Eric Lloyd has taught me; you can't learn from a book. He has held my hand through the entire process. As of today, I have purchased 4 tax liens and filed a TDA on one of them and redeemed it. Over the next few weeks, I will be set on the path to patriciate in some Tax Deed auctions. Thanks Eric you are the best! I would give it 10 stars if it would let me.

Eric Lloyd has been instrumental in my growth for tax liens and tax deed information and education. I came in with no knowledge and really new to real estate investing. There were times I found a potential property investment, but upon further review with Eric we came to conclusion not to invest. I give Karl Benoin five stars. I truly learned a lot in this class. He took time to read everyone's questions and respond to each one. To be a Zoom type setting, he controlled his class. No feedback or interruptions of people asking so many questions, causing the instructor to keep jumping all over the place. This is definitely my style of learning.

I just wrapped with Eric Lloyd's two-day Real Estate Investment Quick Start webinar class and there are three things that were most impactful to me over the last two days. One, Eric's attitude of success and encouragement instilled in me the belief that I CAN indeed DO THIS and become the successful real estate investor I dream about. Two, the tools provided to me through the course: PropertyEdgePro, the 70% Rule, the CashFlow Analyzer, the ShortTermRental Calculator, plus many free tools and links were all tremendously helpful in finding, analyzing, and making offers on deals. Finally, the ease with which I can find funding for my deals -- I feared this the most. I feared that even if I found a good deal, with my average credit and little to no income or cash, what would be the point? However, Eric pointed me to the resources available and ready to finance investors in my exact situation. Before starting I lacked confidence because I did not know enough about what to look for or how to analyze properties or how to fund deals. Eric's empowering energy, step-by-step approach, and extensive knowledge, which he so generously shared with everyone of us, changed all of that.
