Our cocker spaniel has recently been diagnosed with an eye disorder which requires lots of treatment, Vetsure have been amazing at handling our claims quickly, efficiently and are always friendly and helpful.

The Vetsure team are kind, compassionate and caring. I haven't had to make a claim yet but I feel reassured that they work directly with my vet so will handle any money-related things with them AND that I will only have to pay the excess once per conditions. Those excesses can really add up with other insurers!

Excellent service who I have been with for over 5 years. Always polite and caring with my cat (Cooper) as a new owner they was very informative with the silly questions I had and I fully trust them with the care of Cooper.

Amazing, we had to take our cat for a check on his heart and having him insured was a life saver. Vet sure is only one of the company's that pay the vet directly so that took away the stress of having to find a large amount of money to pay the vets. They where very helpful when I had to contact them for advice. Thank you for taking the stress away from me having already been stressed for my cat.

Our claims for treatment for our Golden Retrievers, one of whom has hip displacea and arthritis, are resolved quickly and efficiently.

Both of our dogs have needed vet treatment recently and I can’t recommend veysure highly enough . The main concern is getting the animals sorted first and foremost thensettle account In our case even easier when they work closely with our vet and all we had to pay was the excess

We were on holiday when our dog was taken ill. We had no worries as she was covered by vet sure insurance which was very satisfying to know as they were very helpful even helping us to claim for the separate emergency vet overnight. When contacted by phone everyone was so helpful and claim has been settled I good time

The two times I have needed to claim for my dog coda the team have been extremely helpful. I could let my vet process the claim and I didn’t have to pay anything upfront. When I have needed to contact vetsure the team have been very friendly and understanding and have put my mind at ease. I would recommend them to anyone

I’ve been with Vetsure for a few years now and they have been incredible. They make the process very simple (the vets insurance office have been the ones I’ve had difficulty with.. but even then Vetsure were very helpful and accommodating). I only wish they were directly connected to my particular vets so I could save on the excess and it was more direct as my vets tend to struggle a bit with paperwork. Out of the insurance companies I’ve used over the years, up to now Vetsure have by far been the best and I’m not easily impressed by anything! I only wish I’d have taken the very top package for my pup as he’s needed a lot of treatment the past couple of years and it’s cost me a few thousand on top of the thousands paid out by insurance, as we exceeded the limit. It’s definitely worth getting the best package they offer, because when you are already distressed and worried about your babies, the last thing you want to do is be navigating the finances. With full coverage you wouldn’t have to worry about it. Sign the form and it just gets paid.

We have been with Vetsure for 8years. Every claim is handled promptly and professionally. We have a troubled dog but have never had a claim refused , it is slightly more than some insurance companies but we like the assurance that whatever the reason for a visit to the vets Vetsure will pay them directly so we don’t have the stress of paying and then claiming it back. We would 100% recommend.

Once the claim had been received the process was great and very straight forward. However, the claim became lost in the system somehow so we had to wait months for the process to begin.

Staff were so helpful…everything fully explained at a very stressful time. Claim went through easily and quickly.

During a really stressful time, Vetsure made life an awful lot less stressful. Being with a Vets that work directly with Versure was a godsend. I didn’t have to claim myself, everything was done very quickly and smoothly. I just had to authorise the claim and that was it. Very grateful for how straight forward it was.

My dog Wilfred had a potentially cancerous lump removed from his leg. Vet sure covered everything from start to finish with no issue whatsoever. It was an expensive issue for Wilf and I was so relieved to be covered with this insurance. It was nice to not stress about finances on top of worrying about Wilf's health.
