My claim was submitted a month ago and I still have not received payment. It took 3 weeks before Vetsure sought further information from the vet, this was supplied the following day and 9 days later I still have not received the money. I rang to chase it up a couple of times but the call handlers were not able to give me any idea of when my claim will be paid other than saying that the staff were very busy. I paid the vet bill myself and I really need the money back asap. UPDATE: Vetsure took notice of my review and contacted me regarding the claim. I am happy to say it has now been processed and approved.

I haven't had to use your services yet but will be taking Duke to the vet later this week with suspected conjunctivitis so hold your breath!! My initial contact with yourselves was very positive. The gentleman I spoke to was very pleasant and polite

A prompt response to my claim via email. I was kept informed and funds were received in my account as soon as the claim had been authorised.

Claim was paid within a week or two of being submitted. I couldn't have paid for my cats x- ray anynother way. Thank you for being there and being so efficient Vetsure.

I had no idea how pet insurance worked and they were very helpful.

I took out insurance with Vetsure as they had a partnership with my vets meaning if anything ever went wrong with either of my 2 cats I would only need to pay the XS and the vets claim direct from Vetsure. This is so important as I never wanted to have to be concerned about money if my fur babies were poorly which unfortunately recently happened to my cat Smudge. I cannot believe how easy and fast the process was. On the first day we visited the vets we paid the xs and the vets did the rest. I was emailed a form detailing what the vets had claimed which I had to electronically signed. It was paid to the vet within days and a confirmation sent to me. Each visit since the vet puts in a continuation claim, I get the email to sign and boom its paid. I cannot tell you what this means during a stressful time of Smudge being unwell not having to worry about expenses. Yes the premiums may be a little more... but you get what you pay for and having read through with a fine tooth comb I can tell you Vetsure cover far more than those you pay less for. So if you want piece of mind that your fur babies can be looked after without stress go with vetsure. Their customer service is also amazing, real people who know their products inside out and are happy to go through everything with you. Thank you Vetsure for doing your part for looking after Smudge and Tiger.

Easy to set up, helpful staff and competitive prices

I am haven’t had to claim from my insurance yet however the process for setting it up was made quick and easy. I had a few questions, called vet sure up and they was happy to help and provide all the right information.

Vet sure have been great. We recently got a puppy, vetsure were extremely helpful setting up insurance and the pet care plan is great too. Highly recommend.
