United States | 11 January 2025I Order my toner like I always do from Quickship. I have been with them for years, never really any issues. I've been using them for both of my businesses without a problem. I just clicked on the easy Reorder button from my order history, but I received different product. I called customer service, they said no problem it's compatible, so they had me open two boxes of toner (I ordered 5) both not working. They said no problem we will send you the correct ones like you always had. That's great because that's what I wanted and paid for. The new order came in, but exactly the same toner as the previous order, all 5 incorrect. After one hour I was able to talk to supervisor to find out what's going on. They said, this is what they have right now and that's all what they can send out, even if they would loose my business. They don't care seems like it. Someone higher up needs to take charge of what the customer service reps are informing people about. On top of that I was told I had to pay for shipping them back (returning the toner for credit) if I wanted a refund. I'll take my business else where after years. Business owners, don't take your business to QuickShip. They don't care about customer service when there is an issue. BTW Quickshiptoner.com and inkcartridges.com are the same company. So stay away from both.

Called card to cancel and ordered again. a week later the first order came in and another 2 weeks and the 2nd order arrived. Tried getting in touch with them to send one back and there is no one to help. These people are criminals. DO NOT do business here

Spoke with customer service after 2 weeks and she said that she is going to ship it from a diffrent warehouse, never received the item, had to call after 3 weeks to cancel the order, would never order from them again

Now, after reading other reviews, I may as well be proactive and call my credit card company immediately. Wish I had found these reviews BEFORE ordering from them. Thanks to all who take the time to warn others.

United States | 18 July 2024I have ordered a lot of toner from this company never had an issue until now. The toner I received was not the toner on the packing slip. Called customer service and they acted like they would refund me as long as they could see a picture and then suspiciously couldn't receive the picture. I'm I did pay for their mistake with no refund to me. 100% not recommended

United States | 03 July 2024UPDATE 7/17/24: I have now reported QuikShip Toner to the BBB. We'll see what happens. So far, the BBB hasn't been able to contact them either. I placed an order for 2 toner cartridges on May 7, 2024 and paid in full at the same time. I have NEVER received my items. I have left numerous messages that have NEVER been returned. My items showed "in stock" when I ordered them, but later found out, after many attempts that were actually on back order. I did not receive any communication regarding this. I'm still fighting to get our money back. I will NEVER use this company EVER again! I went straight to inkcartidges.com and had a great experience. They will be getting all of my business from now on. QuickShip Toner is absolute garbage!

United States | 05 May 2024I wish I had read these reviews before I ordered. They advertise shipment in 1-4 days. Now, 2 weeks later, I still haven't received the toner. I called them, no answer. If you "hold" to speak to an agent, the system cuts you off after a certain period of time and asks you to leave a message. Still, no one calls you back. Worse when I logged into PayPal to request a refund the PayPal page indicated "automatic payments" and a company, Bolt Financial, was listed on the page. I had no idea I was signing up for automatic payments.

United States | 12 April 2024As far as I am concerned this company is a total scam. I ordered a printer part 3/25/24. Credit card was charges 3/26/24. On 4/5/24 I called (well past the max 7 day deliver time) & left voice msg requesting a return call per instructions, since "all their customer service representatives were busy" for as long as I could remain on hold. No call back. I emailed them on 4/9/24 & told them they had 24 hours to deliver or contact me with a reason why. No reply. I just opened a formal dispute with my credit card company & had the charges removed. Also, emailed them officially canceling the order in writing. I report, you decide.

United States | 12 March 2024DO NOT ORDER. Ordered on January 10, heard nothing from them until March 7, when they told me my items were backordered with no ETA and asked if I wanted to cancel. I immediately replied and asked to cancel, to which they replied the "cancellation window" had already passed and they needed five business days to determine whether cancellation would be possible. I emailed back and forth with them for a few days and each time they kept adding more time to "resolve this issue." Ended up calling my bank and disputed the charges. DO NOT ORDER.

United States | 11 March 2024Do not use this company. Normally I don't go by the reviews and I have no issues with other companies. This one... I ordered 2 toners for $35. Confirmation email only. Never shipped. I called, they said it wasn't in stock, no communication. All of a sudden I got A TONER by mail. Completely the wrong toner. I paid for two, and got one... the wrong one! Better business bureau... no point in talking about it. It'll be too much to even ship it back get my money back and still get the right toners I paid for. Use another company

United States | 07 March 2024I ordered a set of Canon printer inks 22 days ago. Getting customer support on the phone is an exercise in futility. After waiting 10 minutes for a customer rep I chose the callback option. Never got a callback despite numerous calls. Not much better with email customer support. They should rename the company "SlowSchlepp." I could sue them but the small claims court fees would probably exceed what I'd paid for the merchandise. So it looks like they have just stolen $100 from me. Bravo!

Do not do business with them. They don't answer your calls or emails. They all need to be arrested and put in jail.

United States | 24 January 2024Ordered a single black toner cartridge on 12/31/2023. I received an email telling me that QuikShip Toner received the order. The web site claimed that there were over 100 in stock. It has been almost four weeks and I am still waiting for the item to ship. I would stay away. Buy from a different company, and look for reviews on that company before you place your order. I wish I had.
