I would not reccomend! Slow delivery! Came too late so asked for it to be returned, no apology, rude customer service and then charged £12 a hamper when it was not my fault!

Brilliant hamper at a good price. Only minor quibble was that I chose a day for delivery and the hamper was delivered a day early. Thankfully the recipient was home but it was a close call.

The customer service provided by Hampers,com has been truly exceptional. The customer care team responded to my queries really swiftly and seemed delighted to help me. I had to change the delivery address twice, as well as the delivery date. Nothing was too much trouble for them. 5 stars for customer service. It was a pleasure to shop with them.

Dissapointed, very. Value of hamper, basket and contents verified at no more than £40. Cost to me £70 delivered, reduced from £90. I won't be gifting this as is because it would be embarrassing, I shall purchase additional items to add to the basket. Just received the hampers.com response to my review, and to clarify my review was not about quantity, but value for money after price checking. I categorically will not be using their services again or recommending them.
