United Kingdom | 20 February 2025The website stated they could deliver tomorrow and orders over £50 had free delivery, but this is pretty misleading and disappointing as my delivery to Nottingham could not be sent the next day and I had to pay £10 as it was classed as an ‘out-of-area destinations’. If Nottingham is ‘out of area’, what’s the rest of the country? I spoke to the customer service chat, who confirmed this was “strange.” They could offer to manually place the order for me as the solution, but this would mean I would lose my Avios points, so this wasn’t a great resolution. ** UPDATE** Hampers.com offered a complimentary hamper due to the issues I had with my initial order. This level of customer service was impressive and appreciated – so I have updated my review from 1* to 4*.

United Kingdom | 18 February 2025The hamper was lovely but I am disappointed with the delivery. I paid extra and it only showed up late on the day and it was left at the Concierge with loads of other parcels. If you want it for a specific day, I would recomend to get somewhere else.

My mum and nan recently received my most recent order as they had both been unwell and they were absolutely thrilled with the products to enjoy together. I also like another reviewer had my name down as the recipient (auto fill not helpfull!), however customer service had this resolved and confirmed within the hour of receipt of my email. Having been a recipient of one of their hampers, enjoying a lovely selection of contents, it's been a no brainer to use them for sending gifts to surprise and celebrate.

United Kingdom | 02 February 2025Unfortunately as far as gift companies go this was one of the worst ones that I have used. As a regular to these sorts of purchases I have used many of the competitor companies however this one I had nothing but problems from start to finish. Firstly I signed up for the “10% off your first order” they took my email and the link never came -second email and it finally arrived however the system didn’t seem to like it so I had to call customer service who didn’t really want to help me - said I should wait a few days - but I needed the hamper by then?! Reluctantly I got another code and successfully processed the order, however when I checked my bank I had been charged twice - once at the full price and once with the 10% discount ??? I called again only to speak to a different person who told me I shouldn’t have got the discount anyway as it is apparently off your next order and not the first but he would let me have it this time?? Even more confused I said that is not what is advertised on your site - and double checked it still says now - “off your first order “ so perhaps someone can clarify that as it is very deceptive - not sure the ASA would agree with this practice. Finally the hamper arrived with no note whatsoever so the recipient didn’t even know who it was from after the time I spent creating it. All in all a bit of a catalog of errors, would not give me the confidence to either recommend them or use them again -a shame as we do buy a lot. I have edited this review as hampers team were very quick to get in touch to rectify the issue to our complete satisfaction so well done hampers.com. Issues do happen but I think it is good to acknowledge where companies are exceptional in handling them.
