There’s tons on beautiful items in hampers.com and it’s a legitimate company. I’m in US and my friend is in UK and I ordered an item to surprise her and her family for new year’s celebration. At the start, ordering went well until the nightmare of delivering the package. There was a nightmare with the delivery courier Evri and the package did not arrived as expected. After I contacted the customer service, Loubna was the only one who was so kind enough to help me straighten out this ridiculous situation. She listened to what I said thru email as a frustrated customer and I asked for a replacement. I appreciate your help! DPD UK delivered the package on time and made me so happy. DPD UK is much more reliable than Evri. I may order in the future again from hampers.com

Pretty reliable and simple process. I simply googled them and picked them as they had the most professional looking service with actually nice and thoughtful hampers. I had no idea if they would be good or not but delivered on time and with no bother the next day

I ordered a Christmas Hamper for my daughter and son-in-law who had recently moved from New Zealand to the UK. Unfortunately there was a problem with the delivery. The courier company EVRI, said it had been delivered, but alas, no. We were sent a photo as a delivery confirmation - but it bore no resemblance to where it should have been left, and had not been signed for. After much “to and fro” I was offered a replacement hamper - although by this stage, my initial choice had sold out. The hamper I wanted was £15 more and I offered to pay the difference. A huge thank you to Gemma who sorted this out for me - and waived the £15. Hamper was delivered the next day (by a different courier company) - and was gratefully received by my daughter who said it was full of fabulous treats and they were delighted with it!! Excellent customer service 😊😊 Cheryl

Address defaulted to wrong one at checkout, after payment (often does this with my address). Emailed team and resolved in less than 5 minutes on Christmas Eve, exceptional service. Hamper was wonderful. Quick delivery and amazing anniversary gift for sister.

I ordered a hamper for delivery on 22nd December. On 21st December I received an email to say it was delayed, but no further information on when it would be delivered. I heard nothing until 28th December when it was out for delivery again - so disappointed as this was meant to be a Christmas present. The delivery driver didn’t deliver the parcel and so I had to contact the delivery partner myself to try and rearrange for the 29th. I had emails and texts saying parcel was delivered but the recipient couldn’t find it, the next day the tracking page for the parcel had been amended to remove the “delivered” notification. I have no idea where the parcel is, and it has now passed Christmas. Customer service is extremely poor, no offers to send a new parcel, lacklustre attempts from them to get it redelivered and no acknowledgment that my grandparents have now missed out on their Christmas present. Have used this company for a few hampers in the past but I won’t be using again, the delivery partner they are using is clearly trying to dupe customers by saying something is delivered when it is not. Avoid!!

I ordered four items at the same time from this company. Two lots of two identical items. Their courier, Evri, delivered three in time for Christmas in one go. The other never arrived, so I was down one Christmas present. I spoke to Hampers.com to get a refund. Apparently the order was 'refused' (Evri speak for we've lost it) and therefore £12 would be deducted from any refund. I won't be using this company again and if I'd have known before hand they use that courier company, I wouldn't have placed an order for Christmas gifts.

I was very impressed with the beautifully packaged gift to my family in Scotland. It was a last minute order and was able to be delivered the next day and before Christmas. Perfect Hamper I ordered the hamper on Christmas Eve in Australia and it was delivered on Christmas Eve in the Uk as promised. My Dad was thrilled with the fabulous collection of quality treats and lovely presentation . The delivery team left the hamper carefully placed in a protected area and the delivery updates were excellent .

Sad to be leaving this review but these guys are not equipped well to be running this operation for the expensive hampers because their delivery partners steal the good stuff. They do well for the cheap stuff though It was the worst experience; because they choose to use the “crooks” at Evri as delivery agents and someone from the delivery company stole our £155 basket which means my family never received their Christmas present. There was never any sense of urgency or intent to remedy from either Hampers and Evri could not care less and practically said “F off” when I queried about my package because they really didn’t give a rat’s ass as to what happened. Hampers customer care were amazing in responsiveness and empathy but when time came to sort this out, they offered to replace my basket with a much lower value basket!! So not only do I lose out on making a delivery before Christmas, not only do I spend 7 hours or so chasing this between Evri and Hampers, but I actually get shorted!!!! They want to steal more from me!!! One would have normally expected some form of compensation or a meaningful apology in such unfortunate circumstances but instead, they choose to steal from me! Needless to say, will never use these guys again... their hampers may be alright but their delivery partners Evri are thieves and their own concern for customer retention is zero! I recommend going to British hampers instead - better products, better delivery and better service. Ruined my Christmas

After paying for a delivery on a specific date, hampers.com sent an email that the order was being processed. They then failed to deliver to the person I was sending this to but sent an email asking, how did we do? With that I assumed it was delivered. After days of no acknowledgement from the recipient I decided to check with them. Nothing has been delivered and hampers.com had said nothing about the failed delivery. When I reported this to the company and asked why I hadn't been informed so that I could have made alternative arrangements, they ignored the question (twice) and just asked do I want them to deliver another or give a full refund. In my opinion, this poor level of service is a reflection of the disregard the company has for their customers. After you have made a bad mistake, simply engage and communicate properly. If you're going to deliver a hamper that you've messed up with once, I'd expect an organisation that cares about the customer experience to try to make amends by taking control of the situation and delivering asap with something as a gesture acknowledging their mistake and headaches they have caused. The customer service is terrible.
