Not great and overpriced for what it is. When it arrived, the box was completely broken, which ruined the whole hamper effect. Customer service only offered a £5 refund on a £46 hamper, which was very disappointing.

Amazing hamper - the recipient loved it! however even more amazing customer service! DPD kindly left the first hamper by a lift in a public lobby even though the recipient was in! ... which was then stolen.
