The courier mislaid my hamper delivery, so I contacted the customer service team. Without any hassle they have offered to send out a replacement for next day delivery. Impressive!

It has made the whole ordeal much better, she came up with a generous resolution and immediately corrected the false refund payment. The level of customer service she provided was extremely high and she should be commended for this and also the speed in which she responded to my complaint. Ordered from hampers.com to get my gift delivered in a ripped and ungiftable box! Items were also much smaller than anticipated. I raised a complaint about the box and I was offered a refund / a new hamper sent out and I only had 2 days before I needed the gift for my grandma so I chose the refund as I didn’t want to risk it not arriving on time, or being sent another damaged gift box. I was told the refund would be sent to the refund team and instead of receiving £32.20 I have received £3.22 ! I now have to take more time out of my day to get in contact with them and explain the whole story again. absolutely awful customer service and refund team, how can a company make such an error and not even notice?
