I was really impressed by the whole purchasing process, so easy, immediate confirmation of my order, followed by confirmation throughout the process until delivered. Both recipients were delighted with their gifts and my sister found the hamper fitted perfectly in her new kitchen shelves, which was a bonus! I can't fault anything - really pleased.

Australia | 18 January 2023I have never posted a review of anything on the internet before, but must admit I use the review sites all the time to determine if products and services are worth it. I ordered our hamper from Australia (off the website) to be delivered in the UK. I had not used this company before but most reviews looked positive. We ordered Monday morning (Sunday night in the UK) and the hamper was delivered to the UK address on Tuesday afternoon (UK time). The courier communicated every step of the delivery process via email. We are extremely happy with the products and service and will definitely use this company again.

I have emailed the company twice and received no response, yet still manage to get marketing emails from them. Now believe this to be a scam company - avoid at all costs.

United Kingdom | 14 January 2023A good range of quality items. I’d be reluctant to pay full price but, at sale prices, the hampers are incredible value and have been delivered very quickly. One was delayed slightly by the courier and I suspect many of the delivery issues described in other reviews are more related to Hermes than Hampers.com

It was for my mother's birthday so i wanted it to be delivered on the precise date. after a quick search online 'hamper's.com' appeared advertised. after selecting the hamper i wanted i was given a choice of dates for delivery - a very convenient calendar popped up with the prices for each date. I chose the date i wanted and paid a whopping £70+ for delivery. It's now 3 days past my mother's birthday and hamper still hasn't been delivered. you see, hampers.com forgets to mention clearly that hampers may get delayed in customs. when i raised this issue to the company and requested a refund for delivery the representative agreed the website was misleading and that the issue has been raised with the marketing department. they offered a 20% refund on the delivery charges which i find barely covers the inconvenience and the fact my mother is still waiting for her gift. my advise: shop somewhere else.

Complained and left without response several times. Finally offered 10% discount when requested full refund under consumer law. Disgusted as don't want to use company again.

Refund hasn’t materialised, called today to be told that a management decision deleted all complaints and you need to reapply. Scandalous - I will never use again!

United Kingdom | 13 January 2023I attempted to place an order on Saturday 7th, however, due to the high volume on site, the order didn’t seem to proceed any further after entering payment details so I gave up. But when I checked my bank account on the Monday night, I noticed that payment had been taken but I hadn’t received any confirmation of the order being successful so I contacted Hampers via email and received a very swift response from Antoinette who kindly looked into this and noted the error. I wasn’t expecting my order to be fulfilled and thought I would just be refunded, however, Antoinette organised the order and it’s been received today via DPD! Absolutely outstanding service and although I hadn’t used Hampers before, I’ll be using them in the future! SO2123886

United Kingdom | 13 January 2023Despite some poor reviews causing some concern we ordered a number of hampers from Hampers.com. Our experience was 1st class. The email order confirmation came through straight away, follow-up emails showing the order leaving Hampers.com and handed over to Evri, then regular updates from Evri with delivery coming within 1 or 2 working days. All our hampers were received within 2 full working days of ordering. The contents were of good quality and very well packaged. We have added Hampers.com to our Trusted suppliers and will DEFINITELY use them again and would/will recommend them.

United Kingdom | 12 January 2023Abysmal! Do Not Use this company to send a Hamper to France. I ordered well in advance, very early Dec.22. I paid handsomely, almost the equivalent cost of the hamper, to have it shipped to my brother in France and delivered on Dec.23rd. Apparently everything would be taken care of... How amusing that has turned out to be! DHL emailed me, in French, apparently requesting a description of the contents. The Hamper has yet to be delivered, 12th Jan.23 Abysmal! Update: 22nd Jan.23 My brother tells me that DHL have now returned the hamper to sender. Not sure where that leaves me financially or my brother and his family now hamperless. Thank you Todd of customer service for your offer of assistance, perhaps when you receive my brothers hamper you would facilitate a full refund.

United Kingdom | 12 January 2023Five of the seven presentation boxes were damaged, not the courier packaging, on receipt. Complaint made and a 10% refund agreed. However, had to chase as nothing received due to numerous reassurances it was ‘being processed’. Eventually, was told that due to a ‘system error’ my refund had failed. Complained again because of the delay and was offered a replacement Hamper. Emailed to accept the following day only to be told that I shouldn’t have been offered a replacement and it would not be forthcoming! Still pursuing this and trying to escalate but it appears that there is no formal complaints process in place and you never deal with the same person more than once. Poor product, Customer service is a complete shambles and communication is farcical. Avoid like the plague.
