I made a mistake with the address - turns out I had the wrong post code and kept giving Zain - at customer support the wrong code, but Zain was so patient and finally helped me realize the post code I had given was wrong one. Great customer service - highly recommend Zain who has a great talent for working with people!!!

Great products and very good communication

So near to Christmas, I was worried about whether my hamper would arrive on time, particularly as Evri were delivering it(!). However, to my surprise, 2 days later, I've got it. Well packaged too. I cannot wait to gift this!

Turned up and wanted a number of individual hampers plus lots of stocking fillers. Love the produce, all Welsh and lots from the island, very good quality . The staff were extremely helpful and the hampers are beautiful. A fantastic addition to Bryngwran.

It arrived well. I should remember to put names on the label as it appears it doesn't come with the information of addresses like parcel post but I will try to remember this for the next parcel I send. The date is approximate as I am in NZ and sent it earlier in the week and my sister is in England and received it later in the week.
