I had some technical problems with the order process, but when I contacted the Customer Service team, Hannah was excellent! Speedy response, quick resolution. I'd highly recommend this company if you want to send good value gifts easily and quickly.

United Kingdom | 25 January 2023My son-in-law’s 50th Birthday. Had decided to give a sum of money but wished something he could open on the day. Clothing etc out as he has his own taste. Looked around everywhere and suddenly hampers popped up. This really solved the problem. Nice reasonable quality wine and apart from perhaps the tea bags, without meaning to be sexist considered the one I picked had items particularly suitable for a male. Contents met my expectations on arrival. I was also amazed how this arrived within a couple of days. Great service. His birthday not until the end of this week so as yet cannot comment on his reaction.

Cyprus | 25 January 2023I ordered a hamper on 5 December to be delivered on Saturday 10 December. When it didn’t arrive I phoned hampers.com and was told that it would be followed up. I then saw on DPD tracking that it was going back to the company. I contacted the company again and was told that a second hamper had been sent out, but this also didn’t arrive. I phoned the company and was told that no hamper had been sent out and this particular hamper was no longer available. At this stage I cancelled the order and was told I would be issued a refund. This was on 22 December. I am still waiting for this refund! I live abroad and have had to phone twice from here to try and sort this out, I have ordered from hampers.com before without problem so no idea what has happened this time, but will be very reluctant to use this company again.

United Kingdom | 24 January 2023They advertised a deal as 50% and wouldn't honour that. When I reached out to them via instant chat they kept lying and saying it wasn't there. I sent dated screenshots to prove this and they then told me to refresh. Clearly, they have a crappy tech team as they didn't spot this and then only changed it in the back end when I asked for them to honour the discount.

Just recently even treated myself! The hampers/baskets/boxes are of very good quality and delivery has been speedy and on time. Have alerted friends to this site.

Really impressed by their selection for different occasions and found the perfect presents for family & friends. I received good feedback & one of the recipients even commented on being impressed with the box!.

United Kingdom | 21 January 2023Ordered a hamper for a Christmas present on 11 December. On 13 December I received an email stating the hamper had been collected by Evri and was on its way. However, the Evri website kept saying they had not received the item. I sent an email to Hampers.com customer services, but did not receive a reply within the 24 hour period they stated they would reply within. So I decided to phone them after trawling their website for a number (their live chat does not work). The advisor said give it 5 working days from dispatch (so 1 more day at this point) and if still nothing, contact them again and ask for a replacement. I email replied to their ticket asking for a replacement after 1 day had passed, but no response. When I managed to ring them (as I work full-time like many people!) I had missed the order cut-off for that day. Eventually I managed to get things sorted just in the nick of time for Christmas, but I had to waste a lot of unncessary time trying to contact them (due to long hold times) and there seemed to be big problems with their couriers' websites not updating with the correct tracking info. Also the hamper I ordered was available for half the price a week after I ordered it. The product itself was okay but not worth what I paid. Overall - I would not recommend Hampers.com.
