I received a £100 gift card for this place. The gift card said that it could be redeemed online however it could not. I contacted the customer care team who confirmed that gift cards could not be redeemed online. In the end I had to have refunded back to the person who gave me the gift.

Had Bents Afternoon Tea treat today. Wonderful experience. Excellent presentation and so very delicious. Parviz was welcoming, friendly and nothing too much trouble looking after us.

Bought on line looked quite good size rocks when picked up more like pebbles had a look around the shop i must have been given the smallest ones in the rack as the ones in store where 4 times larger not a good deal and would definitely not recommend bents on line
