From start to finish excellent. Great on price, delivery quick and parasol excellent quality

Our daughter bought us a afternoon tea voucher which says on it book from Monday to Saturday, to book go on line or email them. When you try and book a Saturday nothing available any month so tried emailing them no response. Today went on there customer service site asked the same question again no response. Come on bents this is not good get your customer service in order? Jacqueline.

Beautiful place. Friendly staff and excellent food. You could spend all day looking around. Have bought many plants there over the years and they have always done well in the garden. Lots for kids to do as well with the play area. Would definitely recommend a trip.

The Bumble Bee wind spinners I purchased arrived much quicker than I expected. They are really lovely and I am very happy with them.

I feel the voucher card could be made more attractive it is a little plain for my liking. Also the card was in an envelope which had already been sealed. This meant I had to open the envelope to view the card which obviously is not good because I then had to obtain a replacement envelope.

Great customer service, I ordered a heater with speaker and it arrived broken. I spoke with Dan who arranged for a replacement that arrived within 2 days.

Ordering was very easy and the staff were lovely to deal with.

I have been to bents many times. At my last visit this week we had scones with jam and cream as we have had many times before. But to our surprise the jar of jam provided is now half the size it used to be and totally inadequate for the size of scone. The scones are also different now as they are far too crumbly and it is almost impossible to apply the jam and cream without the scone falling to pieces. Cost cutting ! We won’t be having the scones again and wouldn’t recommend them.

Had these lights before from Bents, we have them at our caravan on the decking, everybody comments on them and asks where they are from. You can also hang them in trees in your garden, they are brilliant

Great service and choice of products. The instore experience was great. I ordered a garden parasol and stand once I got home and it was delivered 2 days later, 170 miles away. The food court at the store is lovely too

I have contacted Bents 3 times to complain about my delivery which arrived damaged. I’ve had no response so I find an invitation to review quite surprising and insulting. Rather Bents got back to me to sort out a problem than asked me my opinion. Update:- after this review I must share I got impeccable service and problems like IT issues do happen so I’m glad there was a chance to be put right. I still have a slight worry my payment won’t be refunded and would welcome some reassurance on this.

We have just been for afternoon tea today. A gift from one of our sons. We weren’t what to expect as my husband is such a fussy eater. However we needn’t have worried the food was delicious and fresh. What we couldn’t manage to eat we have brought home. I would add that we were served by a very cheerful helpful young Iranian man who couldn’t do enough, very happy experience which we look forward to doing again soon. 😀😀

Purchased a parasol from Bents, it was wrong colour, coral instead of RED now I have to repackage item and take it back all the way to Bents....how tiresome!will not use your online order system again. Very inconvenient for me, and package is heavy.

Good product when arrived but found the web site difficult and time consuming.
