PESIMA ATENCION . TENGO COMO DEMOSTRAR LO QUE DIGO

I recently took my new puppy to the vet and submitted the necessary paperwork to Kanguro. They promptly covered the agreed 80% without any issues.

These guys are the worst! I had a 14 day puppy warranty, which they will not honor. The puppy came home with parasites and diarrhea and they refused to cover the antibiotics and the subcutaneous fluids, and nutrients he required because he was dehydrated from it. They said it will go towards my deductible, but this is a warranty, a warranty is different than insurance coverage. They said they would cover up to 100% of any medication‘s required, but that’s a lie. And their coverage is terrible too because they have a puppy guarantee, but the puppy guarantee does not mean they will pay for congenital defects, it means they will give you a store credit for another puppy equivalent to what you already paid.

Customer service is always quick with responses back to me regarding questions or reimbursement.

Ya tengo varios meses con este seguro, hace poco lleve a mi perrita a chequeo general en la veterinaria de mi preferencia, pase la factura y en menos de 10 días estaba reembolsado más del 90% del costo total de la atención veterinaria. Me gustó mucho y me hace sentir confiada.
