Today I went to Vivo Birmingham to get my laser hair removal therapy and the technician Charlotte gave me the most thorough and satisfactory treatment I have ever before received. She was caring and gentle, even went into overtime for me to ensure my session was completed fully and efficiently. Vivo clinic has better prices and service than other clinics I have visited around the world. Highly recommend!

I've visited Vivo Clinic in Leeds. My therapist Anu was been fantastic. Explained all the details before the procedure and she was Happy to answer all my queries about the HI Fu treatment. ANU was really friendly and made the treatment so comfortable. I’d definitely visit Vivo clinic in Leeds again and I highly recommend it.

From the minute i walked in staff where friendly and extremely helpfully. My therapist cherie was fantastic she explained everything and couldn't have been any nicer. I went for hifu treatment which I'd highly recommend. I'll most definitely be going back

The worst ever. I booked PCR test in the past and had to cancel my test for personal reason. Then I was told I could never get a refund, instead I could only get credit. Fine! Then about a year after that, I asked to use my credit to buy antigen test kits. Your customer service said this request was sent for approval from management. Then almost another year has passed, no updates any more, no reply ever again. This is the worst experience I had in my life. I can't believe why such a terrible company could live up to now. I would give you a zero star but 1 star is the minimum. What a shame.

I had a “cool sculpting” fat freezing treatment at the Newcastle clinic with Nicola. Having previously had this procedure done at another clinic , not to far away, I would definitely recommend Vivo. Nicola is lovely, very easy to talk to and very knowledgable The fat freezing was a lot less uncomfortable than the previous procedure and the pads are bigger, meaning one pad covers a larger area.the price is highly competitive too. I am very much looking forward to my next two visits .

On arrival I was greeted with a warm welcome, felt comfortable being around and I had Rosetta for my consultation and treatment , she was every so nice and comforting, she makes you feeling comfortable and she carried out my treatment , she was gentle, polite and very bubbly, definitely would recommend as I am well happy 😊

I have been four times to Roseanne and really look forward to my treatment. I find at age 61 this hifu works perfectly for me in the excellent hands of Roseanne the therapist. Long may she continue with her work . It also helps she is a very honest,lovely lady with a great personality.

I visited the Birmingham branch and my treatment was carried out by Rosetta. She was amazing! So polite, warm and knowledgeable, the service was excellent and I’ll definitely be back!
