Gina was an absolute star! Very professional and knew exactly what she was doing. She had plenty of knowledge and experience based on our conversation and her consultation. She reliable, kind, compassionate and I am very pleased to have had her again for my treatment.

Gemma was fantastic, very helpful and not only explained treatment (cryo360) but got some good aftercare tips. Saw results after first session specially on stubborn areas so can't wait for my second treatments.

Visited Vivo Liverpool for the eye plasma pen with Lois & Vicki. Both lovely. Lois explained the procedure well and made sure I was happy with what was going to happen. Lois was super quick with the procedure, don’t think I could have sat there through it if it was done slowly so that was Perfect

I am on my 4th visits to Vivo now and Gemma is very knowledgeable and friendly. All treatments have been explained to me in details and thd treatment rooms are comfortable and clean.

Went to accompany a friend whilst she was having HIFU treatment to her face and neck. Yasmin was absolutely lovely, she clearly explained the treatment and was a pleasure to deal with throughout the process. She told us that the results are ongoing, and it may take a few months before the full effect can be seen; but already the results are so good, that I've booked a session in with Yasmin myself. Highly recommended

I'm very happy with my consultant Gina and the services she provides: friendly, professional and effective. But the 2-star review is for the London Clinic itself: the current site is supposed to be "temporary" until Vivo finds a new venue. It's an absolute pain to access this current site: unclear, confusing, unhelpful, rude reception, no waiting area, etc. Vivo also likes to book back-to-back appointments with no gap, which doesn't leave a pleasant client experience.

I attended the Birmingham clinic to have my treatment, HIFU, The clinic was spotlessly clean and the staff were very attentive. Charlotte the practitioner who completed my treatment was very knowledgeable, made me feel really comfortable and explained each step of the procedure in detail. I would highly recommend

They out source their work to different clinics. I went to brimingham for my procedure. The young girl doing it was lovely and explained it well but it was the biggest waste of time and money. Absolutely 0% difference. I took time off work for the plasma non surgical belheroplasty but needed more down time than they said. My eyes were an absolute mess. There was no difference in the end what so ever. I would not waste your money if I was you. Tasha was amazing but the treatment was not worth the money, pain or time off. I would not recommend the clinic or return. I think the plexa fibroplast plasma treatment needs to be band in the uk. I just had redness, bad eyes and swelling for a week with no benefit at all. The next day I couldn't open my eyes. The asthetics clinic where i normally go said don't have it done but I paid for it. I did wish i had listed. Never again to be honest. In answer to yor reply I would never do this again for no or little gain. All the redness etc was explained but not to this level. The videos you are a nothing compared to the trauma that is caused by the proceedure. As a medical professional I understand the process of tissue recovery but this is horrific for no reason. I would encourage people to see proper medical advice because my colleague is a surgeon and he said the after affects is worse than a surgical belheroplasty. I work in psychiatry and not trained in this area but definitely not advise this procedure. Your wasting your money for the risk of scaring and no desired effect. The phone consultation was not great but the practitioner was lovely and could not fault her. It was unessesary and a waste of time. I definitely would not do this again. It just a foarm self harm with no cosmetic benefits. My eyes now look worse now than before the treatment. No thanks to the treatment your recomending. I have seen the mess you made to to the young girls photos in Google review. You said the marks go in hours and two weeks later her skin looks horrific. I will be consulting with the industry regulators next week to file a complaint. Please get professionals advice from clinical experts that are qualified and regulated. These guys have had a days course on a treatment and then think they are experts. They are clearly doing a lot of harm to people for no gain. False promises and misleading people. The posters they show of before and after have had multiple treatments and defferent interventions. I will make trading standards aware of this as it is miss representation as it does not not indicate all the work and treatments they have had to obtain those results. Look at medical options in East Europe and Turkey. You will have a medical professionals who is regulated. Better results, much longer lasting and the downtime will probably be less. At least there is clinical governance and regulation around what they do. 9 years of training rather thsn one day. The costs are the same as some of the treatment with vivo.

I've been coming to vivo bham for a few months now and have have a ranhw of their treatments. The staff are very friendly and the clinic is so clean. I regularly have my treatments performed by Natasha, She is so professional and always takes her time with me. Natasha is a lovely therapist and I enjoy having my sessions with her.I've had Sandra also and she is professional too. Will continue to come to this clinic. Thanks
