Had a treatment today at the southampton clinic with Jennifer . I went straight in . The room is clean and airy . checking in process is quick and easy . comfortable bed which was adjusted to suit the treatment . straight forward no delays . Jennifer made me feel at ease and explained the treatment in detail . Great experience

Had to cancel appointments in January so was given a credit note to use , called to make new appointments and use voucher, Sabrina sorted this out for me within 2 minutes, can't fault this service ,excellent.

I had radio-frequency treatment with Jennifer.very pleased with her professionalism and knowledge of the treatment. She made the experience pleasant, deeming the lights so I could enjoy some relaxing time

I called to clarify a couple of things about an upcoming appointment; Gurdeep was extremely helpful and cleared everything up for me.

I booked two appointments on behalf of my CEO and her commercial advisor for fit to fly tests at the Guildford clinic. Kardina and Courtney were helpful, friendly and efficient and the results we back within half an hour! Great service Thank you

I’d like to give a big shout out to Sarah and Sabine at the Hull clinic. I was due to travel to Brighton from Hull on Feb 18th by train and had a Covid test booked for the 20th in Brighton. Due to Storm Eunice I couldn’t travel so had to cancel my test in Brighton and called the Hull clinic to see if they could fit me in which they could. I was heading back to Australia after visiting my family and it was all very stressful saying goodbye and having to change my travel plans. They were both friendly and a much needed calming influence so thank you!!

My family and I booked, paid for and completed PCR tests for travel in December 2021. Nobody received results even though I had confirmation that they arrived at the lab. I’ve had many email conversations to resolve this and I have requested a refund many times to which I was advised a request was placed. 6 weeks later no refund and no one is responding to my emails. This company has breached its contract to provide me results and I want my money back! Thank goodness we no longer need to test. I would not recommend this company!

I had to explain a complex issue regarding an old order which had been delayed by the Royal Mail. I had little hope as it happened many months ago in a London branch... To my pleasant surprise I was treated with a lot of kindness and patience and respect by the VIVO Customer Service staff member, Timothy Wilson who promptly replied to my email as well (after 1700 pm). This felt quite reassuring.

Attended a Vivo test centre in Hull, Sarah and Carol did an excellent job conducting the Covid Test to send samples off for PCR

I am still awaiting a partial refund from November 2021. Do not bother ordering from this company. Their service and communications are poor.
