I have been very impressed with this company. In the crypto marketplace where companies with great customer service are close to non-existent in my experience, IRA Financial Group stands out far above the rest. I can always get someone on the phone. I now can trade and/or hold long term crypto in my Roth IRA. IRA Financial made the process go very smoothly during all the steps necessary from beginning to end. The entire process took 11 days I think, which included transferring funds between three different institutions. Great job IRA Financial. Highly Recommended.

can not get answers to questions about accounts set up.All question apparently are sent to Compliance and they can never be reached, and never communicate back. Nobody knows anything about Capital 1 accounts.To get even a simple question answered requires days.

Great product and even better customer service

I did some research and IRA financial seems clearly the best. Not just for investing in bitcoin, but the information on youtube from Adam is amazing, and I've been able to take control of my solo 401(k). The customer service (e-mail) can be slow but you get the sense that it's just because they're very busy. The questions I've asked through the chat function were instantly, thoroughly, and friendly answered and addressed.

Unfortunately instructions are very poor and unable to get anyone to answer the phone, Customer service is virtually non existent, Charged $75 for expedited service which is a joke, Watch out

Signing up was a bit clunky and the app is not a streamlined, user friendly solution. UI/UX definitely needs work. Most of the time calling in for help is terrible and no one calls you back if you leave a message. God forbid you need a quick answer on something…

Terrific people who are great at helping Werth self - directed iras

I use the Gemini platform for crypto IRA through them. The fee seems high at first, but compared to other companies it is actually reasonable. Service is fine. Make sure you mention crypto when you contact customer service in case you get someone who doesn't know crypto and only their traditional brokerage service. I've researched many crypto IRA companies. This is currently the best option out there.

In the new age of currency i.e. crypto it seems the customer service portion has yet to be established everywhere. However, IRA Financial customer service has set the standard for others to follow.

Every person I've talked to with this organization is very professional. Well run organization. I'm not easily impressed but IRA Financial has impressed me.

This is a great product but the hand off between departments needs improved. Especially with the Entities setup

Overall I am happy. This is my second IRA LLC with your company. But I did put a lot of effort into the application with one of your reps, and was specific that I wanted the same structure. The second LLC is being corrected as I write this. On the first LLC I dealt with one person and on my second I dealt with no less than 6. This may be COVID driven, but getting in touch with the right person has been a real challenge. As well. I am not sure the proper channels to use my consulting package. Initially I was assigned an attorney that is no longer with the firm and lately I have been using the chat. Maybe something more formal to know where to direct my questions. But...everyone has been great, no attitudes and I am very happy with this format and your company for my investing. Burke Race
