scam company, do not buy bought 2 of the ebay sim kits few month ago, activated one. when trying to activate another one few days ago,the activation code expired, the sim card they sent me has an expiration date in 2026 , never have I been warned during the purchase process and I have to activate the sim within 90 days. but I never thought they hide the activation code expiry date at the bottom of their email after purchase. And their CS refused to issue another code, blatantly robbed me of 30 dollars. SCAM.

Worst telcom ever. (especially for Apple) 1. My son bought me this Red Pocket package. Unfortunately he bought the smallest minute package and it is too small. When I contact RP I cannot upgrade to a larger minute package because he bought it off Ebay. 2. Contacting Ebay because I did not buy it from them they do not want to assist or upgrade. 3. Ive got a package that is too small for me and RP/ebay I cannot move to a larger one. 4. When traveling in my car, my phone says we have a LTE connection through RP, But when we use Siri it says connection failed and try again later. Try again later with the same results. Siri simply does not work in my car with RP, although it works fine with WiFi. 5. RP will not allow an APPLE phone to send picture mail or MM messages using RP or WiFI. 6. Ive heard RP has refused to become an apple authorized dealer and Apple is refusing to help them fix their system to properly work with IPHONES. 7. when I run out of minutes my phone will not make or receive calls, I have plenty of text If you cared about your customers why not send me a text that I have run out of minutes or whatever. 8. I have a year or so left on my RP plan, but since the minutes are too few and cannot be increased, data does not work in the car, and only plain text works, I'll have to get another plan from a carrier that actually works unlike RP.

I edited this review as after review here customer service did amazing turnaround and resolved the issue even though few hiccups. But overall i liked how they followed up on issue and resolved.

Redpcoket customer service not good and they are not trained and they same thing again and again even sucks when it comes to rebate processing.

I read many reviews about red pocket mobile and negative ones about how they make it so difficult to cancel the service. I am going on to a year now of trying to cancel with them for a phone that broke and a service I told them I haven’t even been able or wanted to use for over a year now and with now end subscription button they keep running me around and won’t cancel my line so for a whole year have been charging me for a sine I I don’t want or use!!! Basically have token over 100$ from me by not letting me cancel a non contract mobile service

Professional, friendly, prompt, and always effective support and a top-grade service in reliability and affordability. Anyone not able to use or not having discovered RedPocket is missing out. This is my overall experience having used them for years. I recently needed help with finding where to renew my plan with an code and to fix an incorrect data balance on the account. The Red Help chat quickly assisted me with where to apply my code in my profile, from a simple text query in the chat; Then I spoke with a live agent CS Leslie who was the best. They quickly corrected the data balance to what was advertised and stated on the account. With their help, the chat support, and ordering my renewal online, I am setup with the best phone service for another year all in under 30 minutes. Truly you are missing out if you have not at least tried RedPocket, especially as of late.

When I tried to activate my service months ago I had some issues that I couldn't resolve. I was about to change my mind and not switch to RP. I was very fortunate to get Julio on the line to help with this issue and everything was resolved within 10 minutes. I had a different problem arise today with VM and again Julio came to the rescue. Is this guy everywhere? Anyway, he fixed my problem in short order. I hope management takes notice of these reviews and recognizes people like Julio who make RP a great company.
