The page showed as Error - the resource you are looking for might have been removed etc etc. I have mailed them to enquire about this and hopefully I will hear from them shortly. The same thing happened last year.

United Kingdom | 04 March 2021The adjudicator is very pro landlord and against tenants. My experience is consistent with other previous about reviews that the adjudicator just ignore all tenants' evidence and say yes to every landlord's claim despite no evidence provided by the landlord. I supplied several evidences that my buildings have severe problems with pipe leaks, flooding and not working fan and mould. The landlord is awarded 70% of the claimed amount for mould treatment that clearly is a structural issues. Seriously? The landlord provided no invoice or proof of redecoration and got awarded 70% of claimed amount. No receipt was given for missing old items by the landlord, I provided links to the exact items that cost less than half the amount landlord claimed. The landlord got 100% claimed amount. What a joke! Furthermore, the checkout report clearly showed the bed was in working condition (with pictures) at the beginning of the check-out procedure and broken at the end of the inspection. Landlord got 100% bed repair cost that was broken by their contractor. That is just crazy! The checkout report only commented "not fully clean" with pictures of clean flat. The landlord got £80 for it. I supplied evidence that the flat was not clean when I moved in but was ignored. I now understand why nasty letting agents like mydeposit. They will get at least 70% of whatever they claim without bother submitting evidence

United Kingdom | 04 March 2021It's easy to renew, however can't print the receipt after payment. Had to check with credit card company to see if payment have gone through. The look of the web page is functional but dated. People are very friendly when you called. Give them a call when you need help.

United Kingdom | 03 March 2021I can only echo what other tenants have said about MyDeposits/MyDeposits NI. You better hope you have a decent landlord because if the landlord tries to keep your deposit without justification MyDeposits is not unbiased, as it claims to be, and will ignore all your submissions and evidence and side with the landlord, to whom it continuously refers as its "member". I have had my case looked at by lawyers and they have described it as "utterly astonishing" that any part of the landlord's claim was upheld. Their opinion was that either the adjudicator is incapable of understanding the issues or they are inherently biased. It is clearly the latter. Disgraceful service and a disgusting way to treat people. A complete fraud. To clarify - although the company replies below asking people who post these kinds of reviews to contact them, it does so solely for appearances' sake. I have contacted them and they have not responded. In any case, there is nothing they can do at this point, not that they would in any case as their dishonest intentions have been absolutely transparent at all times.
