United States | 27 February 2019New Maxxam Products are awful!! I have been a Hair Club member for over 10 years. The staff and stylist are great at the Indianapolis salon. The new Maxxam products however are not. I don't know why they changed formulas when the old line worked wonderfully for me. My hair now feels like straw and it's so dry and not shiny like it once was using the old formulas. Poor staff are scrambling trying to help me find a solution. Having to spend a good deal of money a month for the system, they want me to spend more money on reformulated products that are horrible when the previous formulas were fine. No Bueno!

Canada | 26 February 2019Hello, I am a hair club client recently got system setting. I am very unhappy with the system it's not the colour I wanted plus it's fake hair. They called it pure human hair but it's not it s synthetic and fiber and fake hair. It is a waste of money. When i asked them to replace it and it's not the colour I want they told me you have to wait for a month or two months. It is 6 weeks passed and I have same system. I live in Toronto. And my branch is Vaughan City.

The receptionist/administrator Joann is professional, proficient and flexible a true professional. My stylist Alicia is totally professional with a deep focus on ensuring you are totally happy when you leave your appointment! Her creative abilities and customer focus make coming to your appointment a satisfying experience. I would recommend Alicia to any new client!

United States | 20 February 2019Been customer over 3 years now and am truly happy and 100x more content than with the hair transplants l had decades ago. The stylists are all professional but for me Zuki stands above them all. Whenever i have an issue or not pleased with procedure by another she jumps right in and immediately fixes what ever i am unhappy about. She is the best of the best in my opinion but all the girls know what they're doing so i say 5 stars for sure. My base is the San Diego salon in Mission Valley. Again well worth the cost for me......

Every stylist treats you with the most care and kindness. Especially Angela. Hair club provides good quality pieces. And they don’t hesitate to make you feel at home.

I have always had excellent service whether it was the San Francisco facility, Los Angeles, Sacramento, Kansas City, and now Denver. Trish L in Denver is my primary stylist and she does a great job. I took out a small fortune to pay for the procedures & buy expensive products. The results? NOTHING! My hair was still falling out so I requested some of my money back due to the "quarantee" . You only are quaranteed if you are not satisfied...keep coming back for procedures & continue buying products until you give up! BUYER BEWARE!

Unfortunately, I didn't get the professional to read and analyze the photos of my hair and determine treatment for my hair face to face. Can you believe it? First, an assistant took pictures of my hair, second, she made a profile in the computer, third a technician called to her to talk with me about the analysis of my hair. My big question is why reason you have somebody speaking to me 45 minutes through the phone. This is reasonable, serious, and professional? This is not professional being a doctor specialized in analyze hair and giving treatments for people. Whoever people could tell a lot of lies through the phone. I felt they just wanted to get my money with products. This was the worst experience I got with them, and I didn't get a reasonable answer and treatment about of falling my hair...

United States | 02 January 2019Hair Club can make you a good wig that stick even in the pool. You will need to renew the front attachment at 2 to 3 day intervals. Use permanent adhesive in the back. The only way that comes off is with your scalp or in about 8 weeks with new hairs. Use the French lace front. Keep and eye on the color, dead hair turns red over a long time.

United States | 27 December 2018I agree with the other posters about getting ripped off! I didn't know until I was in the chair what to expect for my $2000. Basically after being given the brochure at the consultation and expecting the Xtrands treatment, when I arrived, they slapped a unit on my head and that was that. I was pleased with it at first, until it started shifting and shedding! It's a constant problem to keep it in place, and now it's so shabby that I can't wait to buy a wig and be done with it. MAJOR lesson learned! UPDATE: Thank you Michael for reaching out to me! I really appreciate the solution that was offered to me. So I have changed my rating. You really do stand behind your product! =)

United States | 20 September 2018Le doy una estrella porque es obligatorio, para mi, ni una, es una pena no haya leído antes de dejarme engañar con tanta palabrería barata y gastar miles en un tto sin fundamento, te envuelven con falsas promesas y lo único cierto es que pagas 10 veces el precio de un ordinario champú, acondicionador y minoxidil que por 20 dólares lo compras en cualquier farmacia online. Las famosas evaluaciones son parte de la palabrería de los agentes bien entrenados para engañarte. Sólo el 1er día me hicieron análisis y no es ningún tal análisis, unas fotos malamente y nunca más. Hoy recogí los productos y faltaba uno, pero no obstante nadie habla de devolverte tu parte del dinero por ese producto que no te dan. Es de risa, pero en la 1ra consulta trataron además de venderme extensiones, como extensiones??? Si pague casi 4 mil para recuperar mi pelo. En conclusión, estoy peor que antes pues ni pelo y una deuda por pagar. Como personas que se respeten pueden aprovecharse de las debilidades de otros? Ojalá otros lean y se documenten antes de cometer los mismos errores.
