It’s just a waste of money. I paid close to $3000 and now my hair is even worse. Don’t believe all their fake promises

You always advertise about the customer service that you offer your clients. This is something in the past, I remember when I joined the company couple years ago and it seemed like everyone want to help. Now, If you try to reschedule an appointment, it’s impossible. They don’t even return your call back to let you know that you’re busy. It’s really sad. I’m currently looking for a hair replacement company maybe if you start losing some clients you will pay attention to the customer service again. I also regret that I recommended 4 of my friends.

I have been to hair club many times growing up. I have alopecia and growing up as a girl with no hair was pretty rough so I went to them. They have AWFUL costumer service and it’s like they don’t even care. I remember being 10 and living 2 hours away from a hair club just to order a wig through them and go back 6 weeks later to find out they “forgot” to send in the order and it was still sitting on their desk. They’re awful people who don’t care about your feelings. Even a 10 year old child.

i went to HC when i was going on a cruse. i have been wearing wigs and wanted hair i would not have to worry about on the cruse. i was told the first unit of hair would be ready in time, it was not. they apologized and gave me a hair unit they had in the office. the texture was good so i accepted the hair. i'm a Black woman so i wanted a texture that is close to my natural curl pattern. the hair was very hard to manage, it took a lot of HC product to keep it untangled. the staff was very nice at the New York location. they did what they could, but it took a long time for each unit of hair to be ready. the hair would come out in clumps and become very dry. i would go to the HC office to get the hair done but in a few days it would be brittle again. nothing worked. i have and i can buy better hair online. a good 360 lace or lace front is better then HC hair. i was so disappointed and saddened by my HC experience. i thought i had found the answer to my hair issue. HC was not the answer. think hard before you go there. if you need a full head unit its a lot of glue and if it is not place right it can pull the skin open. you have to buy there hair care products and that only half works. i could go on but i think you get my point. they try, but the world of hair is far beyond what they have to offer. good luck to all my hair issue people out there. maybe HC will work better for you then it did for me.

First of all, the 3 day guarantee or your money back is not enough time to see if your satisfied. I had the hair matt that is secured to your head with tape and glue. At first I'm on cloud 9 because it does look good and feel good when this procedure is first applied. I have a very active lifestyle. I do a lot of work outside where I get hot and naturally my scalp does also. At that point the glue and tape starts to come apart and the hair piece comes off. For the money I paid up front, 3 days is not enough time to see if your happy with this. Also when I take a shower, the hot water breaks down the glue and tape even more. Next thing you know, the hair piece is almost in your hand.

From start to finish, Sameer was professional , provided the best customer service and listened to all my concerns. The staff is friendly and professional and the results are immediate. People at Hair Club In Fort Worth are very nice. However, products have not worked for me. I have less hair now than when I started 9 months ago. I'm devistated with the results. My 4K for treatment was not really guaranteed the way they make it seem. Be informed! Be aware. I can't say that the treatment won't work for anyone, I can only say that it was not effective for me.

My stylist Melissa is amazing! I had been thinking about doing something about my hair for years and finally worked up the courage to make an appointment. I had originally thought a transplant was my only option and then i found out about Xtrands plus. My hair looks so natural and I get complements all the time. My stylist Melissa is a hair miracle worker. I am forever grateful to Hair Club Vancouver and Melissa for giving me my life back.

They promised me my hair, but I lost money. My hair began to fall out quicker since I joined hair club. I feel as if it was a waste of money and time.

Started service on June. Used all sprays pills laser comb n minoxiril plus protein treatments. My hair never stopped falling off. Someone should've told me a dermatologist could do a biopsy of my skull n determine reason for hair loss. Cheaper cuz it's covered by insurance. With the 3000. I wasted I could've gone on a much needed vacation.

This is my second review for Hair Club: the highlights below: 1) I was contacted for an initial review-it was not good so I first called the company-bad news best delivered real time & good news electronically 2) I could not reach anyone and nobody returned my call. 3) So I posted the review; I did receive a response: "sorry you were not satisfied, I will call you to discuss". 4) Holly Best called and left message when I was on vacation and wanted to "resolve concerns". I returned the call & left voice messages. 5) Waited several weeks and called back - voicemail was full! 6) Never heard back and I stopped trying. It is expensive and service is INCONSISTENT - that is my biggest issue - some good some bad, but overall they never followed up with me to discuss a resolution. I am not a fan. I always do referrals but not for HC.

I had two really bad experiences with the hair club in Phoenix I was put with a girl who was fairly new and I had to go back and let someone else fix my hair and my last time there she did the same thing and I ended up at the Bloomington Il. Store to be fixed it cost me my time and money. I am not happy.

I went into the nine month treatment program. It ended in January of this year the end result was not satisfactory. I discussed it with the person in charge of the Pickering, ontario location where I was getting the treatment. He claimed that he would call me to come in so that we could discuss other options as per the contract agreement. Todate I am still waiting for a call to set up the appointment. Honestly I have spoken to other people and found out that once you have paid for the plan and it is finish, noone seem to care if you happy with the result or is willing to give you a secon option as per contract. It was a waste of money and time for me. Very unsastify coustomer

My actual experience of having the procedure was great. The staff and Dr were great. I didn't use the extended program because of timing issues until later. When I used the pills, sprays, etc my hair thinned out in the transplant area so far never to return. I would say in the transplant area it is about 1/3 full as I wanted. It kind of looks like I am going bald in those areas. I have received text offers to have greater coverage in same area for a special price. Not sure what I want to do yet.

When I was getting treatment in NC, it was very good but once I moved to the DC Area, I stop receiving calls for treatments, so for some reason the treatments stopped.

I am absolutely unsatisfied with this treatment. I understand that results vary from person to person but I didn't have a single result. I mentioned numerous times that it wasn't working and that I saw no change or hair growing. I was never offered a solution and all they would say is "be pacient". My treatment ended and still no results. And they told me that if I wanted more treatment or help that I'd need to pay. This treatment was very expensive and I truly believe I paid for something that didn't work.
