The ladies at the Burlington Hair Club are very pleasant and there is very little waiting for your appointment (after I arrive). As I live in London Ontario I need to have Saturday appointments, they have been very accommodating. They all seem quite knowledgeable.

Consultation did not advise that glued in hair would not hold up through working out any longer than 2 weeks and you would have to have reglued which made it very hard to soak out. It took approx 2 hrs one session to soak out which made my head sore and the hair tangle easy when dried. Terrible experience!

All the Staff are great (Rachel is amazing) I would give the Staff 5 stars. They always do their best to accommodate setting appointments, rescheduling an appointment at the last minute, getting you products, whatever you need. I have a scalp condition and Rachel is always trying things to improve my condition. The only negative I have, other than cost, is there could be more consistency in the systems or maybe better quality control, before it gets to your local center. You will get a few in a row that are very good (which you feel are worth the price you are paying for them) then a few that are not so much. Thinner from the beginning and loose hair at a quicker rate as time goes on. For the cost involved, you should be getting "the very good systems" every time...

Sometime the quality of the hair is not consistent there been a few instances there it would fall right out within 30 days,I blame this on the mfg.not the stylist they always make it a good experience!!

The hair systems are decent and stylists are great but the membership is very expensive. A rewards program would be nice to maybe offset some of the cost that we receive. We spend a lot each month, it would be nice to see some of that coming back in membership discounts or free product.

Nice staff and work to provide the best service to make you happy.

Fake promises no precices things for customize customer

Initial consultation for Hair Club for Kids was fine even though we waited a while. However, there was no follow up. Emails and calls were not returned. It was a disappointing experience for child.

The Tulsa does a good job. They need to strive to do better and strive to give the best service. I recently used the Fresno center and received the best service.

I've had nothing but good experiences with the club. Customer service is excellent.

The hair club has gave me my self esteem back, sounds petty, but a woman's hair is important in how you feel and how people perceive you! I feel more confidant and happy with good hair!

Professional organization that aims to please. The stylists are top notch but could be a little more attentive to detail in making sure the replacement is as best as it can be. Occasionally the stylist appears more interested in completing the job than making sure it's 100%. Also, I don't understand why the replacement will start moving occasionally after only a few weeks but other times will stay rock solid until my next appointment?

Lady who were doing my hairs didn't ask me how short I need my hairs on back She didn't ask me how Should I style it She pull hair system out coz didn't put in correctly n it hurts for few days she spend more time talking about other stuff then focusing on putting my hair system on Manager was very professional

I hate the drive to get my hair done. But love the results!! Don't like waiting over 2 hours to get my hair done either!! Everyone there is very professional and polite!! It's just new people they hire that I don't trust with my hair. I don't like beginners experience no matter how sweet and nice they are. This is a professional business and they should do everything they can to keep the professionals!!!

Haven't seen any results and my hair keeps falling. :(

Client for 21 years and can not say enough about HCM. They are more than professionals and like an extended family. Any concerns have always been a welcome problem leading to successful solutions.

Service started out great but as I extended my service agreement, The quality of personnel has become questionable. I don't like unqualified stylist working on my hair.

They were very willing and able to help reschedule monthly appointments to accommodate my schedule.

The stylist, products, as well as the programs are reasonable and good. However the facility itself is in need for attention. The rooms cleaning and the flooring needs to be improved

I have been a member for about four years, and the expertise of my stylist is Great She is truly the Best, HC overall gives one a feeling of belonging to a family, I would recommend this wonderful company to anyone who is looking for their hair loss solutions. Carl
