Ho riconsegnato questa mattina una macchina all'aeroporto di Malpensa. Sulla macchina, una panda, è stato riscontrato un graffio ad un cerchio, per il quale mi è stato addebitato l importo di 65 euro. Io avevo stipulato una assicurazione per il rimborso della franchigia pertanto l'addebito mi sarà rimborsato. Nonostante la mia tranquillità, la ragazza addetta al check dell'auto è stata pessima. Maleducata fino alla fine, senza alcun motivo. Penso che l'educazione sia alla base di tutto. Quindi anche se avete una politica di prezzi molto competitivi, sicuramente eviterò la vostra compagnia. Bisogna scegliere con maggiore cura i dipendenti che devono trattare con i clienti.

Nice & cheap rent car service in Malpensa Airport .It was late evening , I've received excellent service from Giorgia in the desk , all was quick & professional , highly recommended .Just 3 min with their shuttle to the office , not any wanting inside . Thanks for the great expirence .

Diese Erfahrung war für mich neu: Nur weil ich keine Kredit-, sondern eine Debitkarte hatte, wurde mir der Wagen erst nach Zahlung von 224€ für eine zusätzliche Versicherung überlassen, ich kann es nur als Schikane und Abzocke bezeichnen. Ich würde niemals wieder bei Felirent buchen, weil die Firma unseriös ist und kann nur jedem davon abraten. Ich hatte bislang bei zahlreichen anderen Mietwagenbuchungen mit der gleichen Karte niemals Probleme. Meine Kritik bezieht sich ausschließlich auf die Zahlungspraxis, der Mietwagen an sich war in sehr gutem Zustand und die Abholung vom Flughafen Bari war bestens.

1 Stern ist noch zu viel. Wir wurden nicht mal am Flughafen abgeholt. Die Vermietung verlief dann nach langem warten einigermaßen reibungslos. Jetzt der Knaller 3-4 Monate später wurden Beträge auf meiner Kreditkarte belastet aufgrund eines Verkehrsdeliktes. Dies akzeptiere ich ja noch. Allerdings hat dieses Unternehmen dazu versucht, dieselben Beiträge mehrmals abzubuchen ohne Grund. Zu zwei unterschiedlichen Zeiten. Auf email Kontakt habe ich nur mein Geld einer doppelbuchung zurück erhalten. Vor zwei Tagen dann der Knaller. Ich habe per Post ein Schreiben der Polizei aus Italien erhalten. Wo nun noch sämtliche Kosten aus 2023 offen sind, die das Unternehmen aber meiner Kreditkarte bereits 2023 belastet hat. Ich kann diese Auto Vermietung wirklich nicht empfehlen!!!!!!!!!!!! Ich werde dies auch meinem Anwalt weiterleiten müssen. Gruß von Stefanie Igler

We picked up our car from the Bari Branch. We had a really nice experience with the whole process. A van picked us up from the airport (less then 5 min wait time). Friendly and helpful driver. The car pick up process was very fast and simple . Less then 15 min in total. They speak English well and they helped us with all of our questions. The car was in perfect condition, had zero problems and was very clean. The return process was also very simple and fast. Again very friendly and nice people made the process nice and easy .

Ad agosto ho prenotato un auto presso l’agenzia di Cagliari, avevo letto le recensioni ed ero preoccupato. Mi sono recato al banco che si trova in aeroporto e ho trovato Roberto, ragazzo molto disponibile, ha visto che eravamo in 4 con molte valigie e ci ha consigliato un auto piu grande per qualche euro in piu al giorno. Ci ha dato una 500X ed è stata perfetta e molto comoda. Ci ha consigliato di fare le foto e video attorno al veicolo (cosa non da tutti) e al rientro un altro ragazzo ha controllato l’auto con me e dopo qualche giorno mi è stato sbloccato il deposito senza alcuna sorpresa. Ho trovato un gruppo di ragazzi pazienti e gentili, quando possibile noleggierò nuovamente con loro.

Pessima esperienza con il personale . Il punto di incontro è a 500 metri dalla zona arrivi , vicino una sottopassaggio davanti il centro commerciale. Ho atteso mezz’ora prima che mi venissero a prendere . Arrivato al desk mi sono lamentato del disservizio e per tutta risposta il dipendente mi ha negato l’auto che avevo prenotato . Non mi voleva riaccompagnare in aereoporto per noleggiare una altre vettura ed è dovuta intervenire la forza dell ordine . Ho perso 4 ore per trovare una altra vettura presso un altro noleggiatore . Sconsigliatissimo .

A fuir première lettre en date du 10/10 comme quoi j'ai reçu une amende on me prélève de 42 euros. Rebelote à nouveau un prélèvement de 42 euros le 04/11. Je n'ai toujours pas reçu l'amende. ARNAQUE TOTALE. Je vais entamer une procédure avec ma protection juridique.

Felirent Bari I was not intending to rent a car at Felirent, but at the last minute DoYuoIt redirected me to this place, so I had no choice and tested Felirent against my will. The communication on arrival to airport +++++ The shuttle bus from and to the airport(5 km) +++++ Reception ++++ 4 stars due to the girl behind the counter -she was sarcastic when I took pictures of all the minor scratches on the car, and she advised me to take a picture of the car roof. Due to a low score on the Trust pilot, I took all precautions to manage future problems, but in return, everything went perfectly. The car in good condition, clean.Only the fuel level was at 7/8 mark . ++++ Price affordable. +++++ No problems with the deposit. +++++ Overall, the impression was good. I am ready to rent a car next time at Felirent company.
