The best customer service experience I've had in a decade!

I bought my Tensile kit for attending festivals where flat, shady, private campsites are hard to come by. When you camp on a steep hillside, you don't have to worry about any of that! We slept in the Safari Stingray tent with the rainfly on the first night. It was soooo comfortable and not too bouncy. It was in the 60's at night and we didn't need pads underneath us. The second night we slept in the hammock with the bubble mesh on the lower level, just to see how it was and it was equally great. We had sidewalls up for privacy on a couple of sides, but there was lots of ventilation and headroom. I camp for a living and I am so seriously excited about this game-changing tent!

Been waiting so long to get a flight +, best investment ever. First weekend set it up out back my house and slept in it Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. Very comfortable, very sturdy, very easy to fall asleep in.

Purchased the Flite 2 person tent and love it. Super good quality and customer service from Tentsile. It definitely takes some getting used to and learning how to set up properly but don't let that discourage you. It's like breaking in a new home.

I really want to love this product. Major problem: My tentpole ripped through the guide pocket and then broke. I will need a new main unit replaced. I will update my review based on that experience. Minor problems: - The rainfly is incredibly poorly designed. It is a really big pain to try to roll up the fly and fidget with the dumb plastic pieces when it is hot and you really want to get air circulating. - No great way to get in. If you put this thing 15 feet up, a rope ladder is really hard to use. - I got poison ivy, my fault :-( Other than that, I love it. It is super fun and there are many possible places to have a great time.

A tad smaller then anticipated, but overall fantastic. 1st setup was straightforward (manual was well layed out and very useful), the tent itself is very comfortable and there is more leeway with how specific a tree layout there has to be. Really satisfied with the product and highly recommend to anyone thinking of buying.

Very nice product

OK, I'm a big guy 6'2" 325lbs (188cm 147.5kg), I like it cool to cold when I sleep. I've slept in a tent, with and without an air mattress, and a hammock. With both of those, I generally wake up a little stiff and sore, and it takes about an hour to get moving. My group went on a camping/float trip over the weekend, and my Stingray was the talk of it. Never had any experience with a tent like this, but there are plenty of set up videos on YouTube. This thing was easy to throw up. I didn't have 3 trees to work with, only two, so I used my Jeep as the third anchor point. Everything worked out. It wasn't perfect, but that's because I should have taken some time before hand to figure out the little quirks to setting one of these up properly. All that being said, I slept better, woke up with more energy, and fell utterly in love with my Stingray. The only negative I have to say is that, because of my size, using the hatch to enter/exit is a little tricky, but I managed. Haven't slept more than one person in it yet, but I'm sure it will still be comfortable.

Fast delivery as always, i am very impressed with Tentsile!! I have two of their tents! The fly i ordered is a spare because i use my tent a lot. Best sleep ever!!

When I ordered this product I had to make a minor change. The customer support was really fast at answering me and making the needed changes and super friendly... once I recurved the order I set up the tentsile stingray and trillium and I have no complaints!! Absolutely love them. Easy set up, super comfortable and very durable material!!! Definitely recommend these products to anybody!!
