Got our 5 series from Partridge BMW. Jason was our sales advisor. He was extremely patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. His expertise was evident throughout the process. They made us very welcomed as we had been to several other showrooms and some people did not approach us. Nick Oliver has been an absolute gent throughout the whole buying process. I live in Newcastle-upon-Tyne and wasn't able to visit Partridge BMW as its a 13 hour, 660 mile round trip. Nick sent me a personal video tour of the 520d Touring so I felt completely confident buying the vehicle. He highlighted a few areas I'd asked him to focus on as well as showing me around the car both inside and out and all it's functions etc. Nick has made it feel like I've bought the car from my local BMW dealer and not from the other end of the country. He's a real genuine guy who I'd happily go out for a few beers with! A real credit to the Partridge BMW family!
