Once again wonderful service and thank you to Mikaela Godley for being so polite and helpful. I arrived at 8am and was away before 10am. Anyone considering buying or serving I thoroughly recommend Partridge bmw.

United Kingdom | 16 May 2024Following a purchase of a second hand BMW Series 1 just a week before from CARSA that had a fault (see separate review), CARSA arranged a booking with Partridge BMW for the fault to be investigated and repaired. Although my new car was just 4 years old and less than 14000 miles on the clock, I was unable to change between Eco, Comfort and Sport drive modes on the car. Upon arriving at the showroom and service centre, I was greeted at reception and the car was booked in. I was informed the repair would take up to two days, and CARSA had arranged a loan car through Enterprise. I was assigned a service manager (Jenny) who was really helpful, and provided updates and a video of the repair via the BMW App. When the repair was complete (paid for by CARSA), I went back to collect the vehicle and was once again greeted upon arrival and told to wait in the comfortable customer seating area (nice tea and freshly ground coffee available!). The car and associated paperwork was ready in good time, freshly vacuumed and washed and in great working order.
