First time I have used this site and was pleased to find the items I have been looking for for some time ie replacement handles for the following garden tools Fork Rake and broom allowing me to repair instead of replacing the items. The items were delivered within 4 days of order the only concern was that only the dispatch date was given not the exact delivery date, not a problem as generally home

Ordered a Clarke CEW1000 for a job I had been struggling with for weeks. Found Tool-Net to be the cheapest price for the tool even with delivery costs included. I Ordered the tool on the Tuesday night and it was delivered Friday morning on their standard delivery. When I got home I took my new toy out into the garage and literally within seconds of plugging it in the job was complete. I have used Tool.Net a couple of times now and found them to be excellent on the quality of tools that they supply as well as pricing and delivery, you really could not ask for anything more.

I found tool-net through a Google search. They had the lowest price I could find, for the Makita 4020a chainsaw I wanted, so I ordered one. Two days later, I received an email saying it had been dispatched, and it arrived the next morning. Brand spanking new and boxed, it was precisely what I wanted. It's a great machine, and I can't recommend tool-net too highly. A+++++

Really good company to deal with. I ordered a trolley jack that arrived quickly and was at the best price I could find. The packaging was also good considering the weight of the item. I would certainly reccomend.

I have been using Tool Net for about 3 years now and have always found them to be an excellent company to deal with. My first order was a very expensive drill but even after doing my usual research I still managed to order the wrong one! I needn't have worried though as exchanging it for the one I needed was as easy as ordering the first time - their customer service team were very friendly and efficient and for me, that's the true measure of a good company and is the reason I keep on using them.

I try to keep my list of suppliers to a minimum but finally decided to give Tool Net a go. Must say i was well impressed. Purchased on line, order despatched same day. Could not wish for more. A great price too. Excellent service with the minimum of fuss.

I buy from Tool Net regularly, they are the cheapest online tool shop I've found and I've had a welder, power tools, grinding discs and all sort from them. Deliveries are fast and customer service is really good too.

I ordered a 36" lightweight pipewrench (stilson) from tool net. The item was well priced , delivery was excellent and item was exactly as described. On the whole the Tool-net experience was exactly as it said on the tin!

I've used tool net a few time and would of recommended the company, but the last pump i orders from them was faulty this when unnoticed with in the 1st 48 hours dew to it being left in the box to keep it safe as the house is a building site and the plumber was not ready for it. once Tool net customer services where notified of the damage they showed no interest in sorting out the problem. There only recommendation was to contact the manufacture and buy the replacement part at my own expense. If you buy from tool-net make sure you check for faults when produce arrives preferably when the delivery driver is still there. This was not possible in my case a i was working and the pump was received by my brother who happen to be dropping something off. Tool net only seam to want to replace faulty items if they can claim from the delivery company

The company had exactly what I needed at a great price. The items were delivered. Fast couldn't ask for anymore.

We ended up with a couple of emails back and forth with our order and everything was handled really well. We ordered a selection of spray paints but one of the colours had been discontinued. We got an excellent straight forward reply with options, they answered my questions and then acted quickly to get our order out as soon as possible. Everything arrived very well packaged and as expected. The prices attracted us in the first place but now knowing that the service is good too means we'll be back to order again. We'd recommend you give them a try.

The items I needed had to be delivered fast, so I made a note to request this on my order. I was very surprised when a member of their team called me the next morning to see what my exact requirements were, and then put in a lot of effort to ensure I got what I wanted on time. There was no need for them to do this, and it renewed my faith that not all internet companies are impersonal and careless. I was very impressed - they saved the day.
