United Kingdom | 23 February 2025Overall, Lancaster continues to provide good service and products at reasonable cost. Been a customer for years, and every member of staff,without exception, has been easy to talk with and helpful. The recently installed computer-driven triage system is not so helpful. It is inflexible, it takes too long to gather the required information (much slower than talking with an agent), leading to customer frustration and irritation. It needs further development or, in my opinion, unplugging in favour or talking direct to Lancaster's lovely staff.
