The automated AI person was pretty useless and a waste of about 5 minutes - telling me that they didn't have my personal details on file before transferring me to a useful agent. They were brilliant, were able to locate my records quickly and deal with my query efficiently.

Always had brilliant service from this company. Usually would score you a ***** but trying to get through on the new phone system took 14 minutes to get through, then I got cut off and another 14 minutes before finally getting to speak to customer services. Not so good and that’s not improving it’s a step backwards. Apart from that the service is good.
