I can not say enough about this company. I am a firefighter. I was quarantined to my camper (next to my house) because of a suspected Covid exposure. I moved into my camper only to discover my toilet was broken. Long story short, RV PARTS NATION next day mailed me a brand new toilet and portable tank......free! It made my YEAR! The compassion and thoughtfulness of this company is a shining example that there are still kind and generous people out there! Thank you RV PARTS NATION from the bottom of my heart!

Ordered Alpha Systems roof caulk. Delivered in a timely manner at an average price but this is a hard to find item.

Placed order, no info on shipping, had placed 3 calls, one returned, not all questions answered credit card charged, no shipping info still and no return call. I wanted to order more parts but that won’t be happening Would like to know the status of original order but can’t seem to get any updates or return calls

I placed an order on 4/9/20 and it has still not been shipped. I called about it and left a message but they have not called me back yet. This is very poor customer service.

Took a long time to ship, communication was almost non-existent and never actually spoke to a person. When it finally arrived the illuminated door handle had no light. Never heard from them regarding fixing the problem and bought a light fixture and bulb from the auto parts store for an additional $20 on top of the $50 I spent for the "illuminated" handle. Perhaps this is the result of the "virus" issue but buy at your own risk from this place.
