Yes, you got my part to me without a lot of delays. However, your part description seemed what I was looking for as it said it was for my RV, but it was the wrong part for my model of RV. Ordered some roofing material. Acknowledged the 2 week lead time before being notified of shipping. I am now going on 4 weeks without the item being shipped. My portal on the website states that I have not purchased anything. Called in and customer service lady was great. Insisted that they received the order and it would be shipped out and to keep an eye on my email for tracking info. That was 1 week ago... We will see if I even get my items or if I need to dispute the charge with the bank.

It went OK. Only complaint was I call, never get anyone, so left message. The reply time was a bit long.

I called needing parts , they found what i needed, and shipped it, so we’ll see if everything is correct when it all arrives, really friendly on the phone.

Was excellent. Trina was polite and respectful and went extra step to insure exactly what I was needing for my application.

It took a week to ship it and when I got it it wasn’t even close to what I ordered. I give them the exact number that I wanted and they showed the same number that I wanted but it wasn’t even close to the one I need. It was deeper and narrower than the one I wanted. They should have contacted me and let me know that it wasn’t the number of the one I needed especially when it took a week for them to send it to me. Very disappointed.

A pitiful excuse for a company(s); incomplete orders, zero accountability, false shipping notice when item in fact did not ship, then no notice when it was drop shipped from manufacturer. This entity is part of an insulation game of “THREE CARD MONTY”, i.e. X4 Industries, Parts Pro Supply and RV Nation appear to be the same, or at least associated. In a review query online there was not one rating above the lowest one star that I came across. Individuals stated they did not deserve the one star but it was necessary for the rating to be posted, I agree! Save yourself money, time and aggravation. Shop elsewhere.

Ordered five days ago, status of shipment says "awaiting shipment" Maybe if the items were shipped, and I received them, Then I could give a better rating.

Poor company that will not answer or return phone calls or E mails. I will never deal with them again. I am still waiting on a order from 35 days ago and a answer to why I haven't received it.
