I’m still waiting on a confirmation on my order on 12/3/2019. I guess I understand if you have a 10 day waiting period before you ship the item but he’ll do you want me to give you a good review when I still haven’t received my order yet.

my first and last order, wrong type of screw (wood) not metal screw lock housing is plastic not metal like the old one no instructions I will be replacing this lock soon as it plastic and not secure I am going to ask the credit card company to cancel payment because of fraud

fast shipping!

I ordered a replacement stereo for my RV on the 11th of November And the website says “awaiting shipment” the money was taken and I still don’t have a stereo. I guess I’m “waiting shipment”? Get with the program people.

Order and confirmed on 9/28/19 have sent three emails with no response. Service is none existent. Will be in touch with ag of Indiana also bbb Do not buy anything from this place

1. We ordered a fantastic fan not noticing it had a 7 day waiting to ship notice. You should make the notice larger and red. We have never seen such a notice on any of 100 websites we have ordered from. 2. Calling to check on the order, 2 of 3 times not one answered and had to leave a message. 3. We live in our RV and would probably move before the item arrived. I left a message 'Please call for order xxxx as we must redirect the shipment or cancel. Without a return call you simply canceled. Not good. 4. Your price was good but then we never received the item.

Ordered the range on the 5th and it still hasn’t shipped it’s the 17th. Been awaiting shipment since I ordered it. Tried to call and cancel and get the voicemail.

Money has been taken out of our credit card but as 11-16-19 have not received product.

The item,door latch, did not include internal screws. I had to purchase those screws myself. The screws that were included stripped their respective counterparts on the latch.

9 days since my order and no shipping notice yet!! Two " contact us" inquiries made with no responses. Not happy!
