Well, my honest opinion is that the company was hard to contact because they have one person handling the phones and if she is busy, you wait. Then they get back to you slowly. Then, after I placed my order on a Thursday I believe, they were supposed to contact me Monday or Tuesday on when I could come pick it up. The call never came and I called Tuesday afternoon and finally got a call back.Wednesday afternoon. Then, when I picked up my aluminum panels which were supposed to be 13" exposed height, and got back home 200 miles away, they were 12 1/2" exposed height. Putting panels on a trailer that are manufactured wrong is a disaster,so they caused me a lot of trouble. My rating is that if I can find anyone else to buy a product from but them, I would.

Ordered product 2 weeks ago and to the date I haven’t received a shipping date. I haven’t even received a curtesy email of back order product or if it’s even going to ship at all.

I ordered a radio over a month ago. My account was charged immediately even though they didnt ship radio. Illegal to charge until shipped. After over a month they finally cancelled my order but havent refunded my money. This place sucks. Never order from here!!!!!!!!!

I ordered parts from RV Nation and paid for overnight shipping. My parts didn't arrive for a week. I contacted RV Nation and they said that there was an order delay. I certainly would not pay for overnight shipping if the order was to be delayed for 20 days. Now RV Nation tells me that my parts won't ship until October 22nd for an order placed on October 2nd. And I had to contact them! It really bothers me that they didn't notify me about the situation. The funniest thing is that I received the survey email prior to my contacting them! I'm not giving them a good rating because I feel that I have been mislead, it's October 14th and I still don't have my parts. I think that RV Nation owes me a refund on the overnight shipping. I contacted RB Parts Nation last minute for some pricing to compare with another company. Lets just say they stole my business. Trina was amazing. Her response times were incredible, her customer service was amazing, and she was very knowledgeable. If that wasn't good enough the pricing was hands down better and the ship times were right in line with my timeline. I had a great experience and I will be back for any of my RV needs in the future.

Ordered 4 sheets of Carlo Fawn interior Vinyl Paneling and received 4 sheets of something that looks nothing like the picture and has a piece of tape on it that says "Reflections Oat". Also ordered a roll of seam tape and batten strips, did not receive either. Tried calling several times and no one answered the phone
