Smooth process from start to finish. The portal is very easy to use. Would be useful for repeat clients to have their details pre-populated if nothing has changed from the last loan request except for the new property information that you would have to input.

My experience with the 2nd or 3rd tier lenders (as what the high street lenders call them) can be often unappealing. Although please do not despair Landbay are fantastic with a great easy system to use and quick turnaround times to get the cases to offer. They also come equipped with a great business development manager for us intermediaries to use who can actually add value by making things happen outside normal criteria and processes. This gives us enhanced reputation in the market place. I thoroughly recommend Landbay to anyone.

As a mortgage broker, I use a wide array of different lenders in this space. Landbay's offering and service to me is second to none. You are kept updated and the transactions move smoothly. Highly recommended.

The application is very intensive and Landbay ask for a lot more information then other lenders. The requested documentation is also quite extensive compared to other lenders. The broker team, however are absolutely fantastic and email communication is great.

Given the wrong information on the phone which resulted in a failed Decision In Principle. Products and options are good and service is good when things do go right. Seem to ask for a lot of documents and information even for a simple buy to let case.
