Great Lender, competitive interest rates and flexibility. The Tracker option with no ERCs should always be considered imho. The Underwriter I recently dealt with, Scott, was on the front foot when we had some complications in the process and it was great to chat these through and then agree a solution that worked for all parties.

I've used Landbay on a number of occasions and they understand the needs of portfolio landlords and can be flexible. A great example is the use recently of free title indemnity insurance for selected properties. Will always keep them in the back of my mind when placing limited company and complex cases

I always enjoy dealing with Landbay for the following reasons: -Fantastic Rates and Products -User friendly/ easy to operate DIP and Application Process -Fair underwriting -Very quick turn around to mortgage offer -Direct access to underwriters, who actually respond to you -Knowledgable sales desk -All staff are friendly and helpful The only downside is that they use only one panel for valuations and it can be difficult to progress things along post offer. However, if the client is using a good solicitor, this prevents any avoidable delays.

First time using Lanbday and was really impressed with their process. The BDM Alex Witham and Underwriter Shalini Tamang were great throughout the whole process. Always available to call and able to discuss the application from start to finish. They made it an efficient and smooth process. Great service overall.

The underwriting from start to finish was superb, the time it took to action any new information took no longer than 48 hours. The fact that i could pick the phone up and correspond directly with the underwriter on the case (same underwriter throughout the process was excellent) The case placed with them was far from standard so appreciate the “outside the box” approach.
