Having written an accurate account of my requirement to Landbay and utilised their online platform I have had no response. One would hope common courtesy would dictate otherwise - however they are not commonly courteous. They are bandits!

Landbay has a friendly approach, with an experienced BDM (Ian Hall) who will always check a property and give an honest and accurate answer regarding their appetite to lend before jumping into the application. A great way to sanity check the deal with a person before everything else being process / automated driven. The process is generally straight-forward

Their rates are not always that competitive which is a shame as the times I have used them, they have been easy to deal with and quick to deal with my mortgage applications. BDM support is good and always available to help with my enquiries. Would like to use them more. Need rates to be more competitive before I can.

I am a broker and use Landbay alot, they are a great lender and work very fash and hard on all the deals.

Landbay were able to look at something a little quirky and make it work . The products were competitive and the service was personal . They seemed to take a human perspective on the cases we submitted which ultimately meant that it was underwritten based on its merits and not wholly criteria. Overall I was really impressed .
