Have had mixed experiences with Landbay in the past, generally good but occasionally can be a bit painful and slow. However David Francis was the underwriter on the most recent case and he has been an absolute pleasure to work with! He is responsive and gets back to you quickly and happy to answer any queries, made the experience much better than previous applications so would certainly use them again!

The Landbay system has improved and some processing is quicker as well as valuations are prompt but the time from valuation to offer once all items have been provided seems to slower for whatever reason?

Submitted 4 really odd buy to let set ups in limited company's and they really look out side the box for the overall deal and profile. Simple call into Alex Witham and email of MOS and we go after they have checked the property type or set up. Nice to have an active BDM

Not the smoothest of cases that was made even more difficult with very little guidance or support when attempting to submit an application that needed access to at least 2 different platforms. Then to find that the 'offer' clock starts ticking before the offer is actually produced is a joke. Was told in no uncertain terms that this was how things were done and if we didn't like then........ Never going to waste mine or my client's time with this lender ever again!

excellent access to underwriters Its the first time of using Landbay, and after a couple of teething issues you get with using any system, it was great. Being able to drop an email to or call the underwriter directly and have a sensible conversation that delivers a good out come is a rare thing among lenders.

Great experience, Adam Cross was very on the ball and helpful throughout. So nice to have direct underwriter communications, makes a big difference.
