Great home for your specialist BTL Landbay underwrite from a more commercial perspective so the DIP is much more in depth but it us actually underwritten at that point so it's then just a case of getting the survey completed. The case I placed with them was of an unusual build, warranty and set up (Multi-unit freehold with HMO) but they were great, direct contact with the underwriter from DIP right through to post offer queries with solicitors.
