Failed to keep in contact had to solve problems for them on where physio report was which has caused unreasonable delay in progression of my claim. I was informed by them they had made 9 attempts to obtain physio report and one simple phone call resolved problem.

We put the post code in the phone left with time to spare thing it would be easy to find In the end it was just a room I ended up being late I rush in to the meeting to be told I had a drink problem ! I left the meet returning to the car told my partner . The Dr never chteck that I kept October dry .

I had my appointment and 4 weeks later nothing, no report done and the expert I saw has been chased countless times apparently and still nothing. Left me very frustrated to say the least
