Some information was not accurate on my assessment of my mental health. I didn't feel comfortable as entering the building . No receptionist. No tissues for me when I cried .

It takes too long to get an appointment, 8 months in my case and then too long to get a report. 3 months in my case and still waiting.

Premix organised all appointments that I needed to go a head with my claim meaning all I had to do was turn up, so alot of the stress was taken away which was great

Well I was happy with the progress at first, but it seems that the solicitor and defendant are waiting on medical information/evidence on Julie's Injury. So now we have yet another hold up because I'm told you are not complying with them.

Late receiving the health questionnaire, then once I filled it in and got there the doctor literally just asked me the same questions that were on the questionnaire, so it felt like a waste of time.

Made you feel relaxed and comfortable. Great service.

The location and Dr was 5 stars. Very long process which brings it down to 4. Not sure if that’s industry standard but took about 6-8 weeks to get an appt and then a few weeks to get the report. Apart from that, very good service.

I attended 2 consultations in March and since then not heard anything. My follow up emails have not been replied to.

Good location, easy to find. No receptionist so other people wandering around with no-one to ask for help. Small waiting room. Consultant was lovely. Reassuring caring and supportive.
