Order in but no delivery date given and no response to request for money back. Can't believe how terrible this company is for satisfying customers requets.

The company supplied me with replacement ink cartridges which were empty,promised a refund which never materialsed, complained but they ignored my emails.

I’ve noticed there are some negative reviews but my own experience with Ink Raider was a very positive one. Not only were they happy to exchange the cartridges I had wrongly ordered but they also waived the cost difference. The service is very prompt and the prices are extremely reasonable. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and I would encourage others not to be put off by other customer’s comments.

Up to now I have had good service but the last 2 printer cartridges were faulty. I contacted them via the email address helpdesk a tinkraider.co.uk and sent 2 photos of the test pages showing the problems but had no reply after 6 days. The have an 0845 number but it is chargeable and is illegal to use for a helpline or customer service line. "Customer services call charges It is illegal to use expensive phone numbers starting 084, 087 or 09 for most types of customer service enquiries and has been since new regulations were introduced during 2014 and 2015." I am still waiting to be contacted ... Terrible Customer Service ....

Great delivery

Ordered 5 Epson inks with Express delivery 5 days ago. Called them today to find out what is going on and the woman told me the inks are out of stock!!! She said they contacted the supplier and still waiting for the reply! Why would you sell something that you don't have??? Will never use this company again!! Thieves, that keeping people money!

I have used this company for years, but won't be using them again. Placed an order for two ink cartridges on the 9th January and eventually received them over two weeks later. I emailed Inkraider to ask where my order had got to, but never got a reply. This is not acceptable when other companies can deliver within two days.

Ordered ink online in July but it hasn't arrived. Tried emailing with no response. Tried phoning several times, finally I got through and didn't have a clue whom I was speaking with as they never answered professionally. It was simply, "Hello". I had to ask if this was InkRaider. I was assured I would be called back, but I wasn't. I rang again several days later and this time assured it had been sent. But the lady did ask which company I had ordered with. I think it's a bogus site/scam. It's not been sent! To top it all I was charged £5 for the phone calls!!! AVOID at all costs.

I have used this company for printer ink a few times over the last 10 years or so and have never had a problem with them.

As with other reviewers in the past I have had good service. But sadly my last order has never been delivered and despite contacting them by email on several occasions with no response I have had to raise a claim with PayPal. Do NOT use this company, the site should be shut down immediately. I am reporting this company to Actionfraud.

I have always had excellent service. No complaints. Have just placed a new order yesterday, so lets see if ok, phone answered by usual woman, no hint of problems?

Goods (8Gb memory sticks x 5) not received - after 5 weeks. Still waiting

I can't believe that the positive reviews on this company are genuine! My order was out of stock and I was advised that I would receive a refund in full. 35 days later and still no refund! Scam.

I ordered a JET TEC H56 black ink cartridge for an HP Officejet 5600, I was kept waiting a whole week for it to arrive and when it did I fitted it only to get a "Cartridge Error" message. I purchased the same product from ebay and that arrived within just 2 days and worked fine so obviously the inkraider cartridge was at fault. I contacted Inkraider on both occasions firstly to ask where my order was - NO REPLY, and also to request a refund as per the Sales of Goods Act 1979 - NO REPLY. DO NOT USE this supplier- - go to ebay instead which is regulated and offers customer service instead of using cowboys - the clue is in the title, "ink RAIDER" definition: a person who attacks in order to steal...

Good price, but the delivery was slow. It took 7 days from when I placed the order until I received the cartridges.

Must recomment Inkraider to you - it's a briliant company - super quick delivery and the prices are fantastic! Will always be using them.

Very competitive price but printer ink generally is very expensive. I will not bend to compatible inks so my account has been "raided" yet again.

Have used this company a few times now without any complaints. Web site is easy to navigate and use and their prices are excellent. Standard delivery service is quick and efficient.
