United Kingdom | 22 May 2021I’ve noticed there are some negative reviews but my own experience with Ink Raider was a very positive one. Not only were they happy to exchange the cartridges I had wrongly ordered but they also waived the cost difference. The service is very prompt and the prices are extremely reasonable. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and I would encourage others not to be put off by other customer’s comments.

United Kingdom | 11 December 2020Up to now I have had good service but the last 2 printer cartridges were faulty. I contacted them via the email address helpdesk a tinkraider.co.uk and sent 2 photos of the test pages showing the problems but had no reply after 6 days. The have an 0845 number but it is chargeable and is illegal to use for a helpline or customer service line. "Customer services call charges It is illegal to use expensive phone numbers starting 084, 087 or 09 for most types of customer service enquiries and has been since new regulations were introduced during 2014 and 2015." I am still waiting to be contacted ... Terrible Customer Service ....

She said they contacted the supplier and still waiting for the reply! Why would you sell something that you don't have??? Will never use this company again!! Thieves, that keeping people money!

Placed an order for two ink cartridges on the 9th January and eventually received them over two weeks later. I emailed Inkraider to ask where my order had got to, but never got a reply. This is not acceptable when other companies can deliver within two days.

Tried phoning several times, finally I got through and didn't have a clue whom I was speaking with as they never answered professionally. It was simply, "Hello". I had to ask if this was InkRaider. I was assured I would be called back, but I wasn't. I rang again several days later and this time assured it had been sent. But the lady did ask which company I had ordered with. I think it's a bogus site/scam. It's not been sent! To top it all I was charged £5 for the phone calls!!! AVOID at all costs.

But sadly my last order has never been delivered and despite contacting them by email on several occasions with no response I have had to raise a claim with PayPal. Do NOT use this company, the site should be shut down immediately. I am reporting this company to Actionfraud.

United Kingdom | 13 July 2015I ordered a JET TEC H56 black ink cartridge for an HP Officejet 5600, I was kept waiting a whole week for it to arrive and when it did I fitted it only to get a "Cartridge Error" message. I purchased the same product from ebay and that arrived within just 2 days and worked fine so obviously the inkraider cartridge was at fault. I contacted Inkraider on both occasions firstly to ask where my order was - NO REPLY, and also to request a refund as per the Sales of Goods Act 1979 - NO REPLY. DO NOT USE this supplier- - go to ebay instead which is regulated and offers customer service instead of using cowboys - the clue is in the title, "ink RAIDER" definition: a person who attacks in order to steal...
