I have used Inkraider twice now and on both occasions their service has been exemplary. Their prices are good too and so I shall continue to buy my printer cartridges from them for the foreseeable future. My last order arrived before I received their email telling me the goods had bee despatched!

I really like inkraider, their service is reliable and the prices are excellent. My only criticism is that their website is very crowded and wordy and it is extremely difficult to simply log in as a customer, purchase and, more importantly, log out. The website needs updating hence 4* rating. But, I would still recommend them but will only give 5* when the website concerns are resolved.

I ordered the cartridegs on Tuesday and they were with me on Thursday. Good prices too!

The order was sent complete and very quickly, if possible too quickly, as I was out at the time the postman delivered it, didn't expect it so soon.

I have been using Inkraider for sometime (more than 6 years), but this last order I was disgusted by the lack of customer service. I made an order for which was fulfilled with cheaper products and my two E-mails of complaint have not even received a reply!

Have been purchasing compatible ink cartridges - and replacement printers when necessary! - from Inkraider for many years. Easy to use website. They are truly the best place to buy your printers and printer inks from. You will not find cheaper or more reliable inks anywhere! The service from Inkraider is brill - really quick - and always as ordered. No hesitation in recommending Inkraider- they deserve the success in still being around after many many years.

No complaints at all I have yet to use the cartridges but they do appear to be the real macoy!!!! The service was good and they arrived without delay! So far so good!

Not Inkraider's fault in any way, but Royal Mail could not deliver since no one at home. It then took three visits to their sorting office before they could find the package.

I would recommend but in my opinion the web-site is not easy to use and finding the right inkjet cartridges for a printer could be easier. Also I got two emails from customer care saying that my order was on its way two days after the order had arrived!

Until this last order from Inkraider, I have been very pleased with the service and the delivery from them. This time, it seemed to take a longer time to be processed and because of that a longer time since I ordered. I received my order today by post (14th January) - was ordered on the 4th January.

I find it so easy to locate the cartridges I need. The delivery is very quick. Generally arrive the next day. Cannot fault them at all. Have tried the more expensive cartridges and the cheaper ones and they are both really good.
